You may occupy your holiday home for up to 60 consecutive days at a time, however, we are unable to accept mail which has been addressed to you at the park.
Please remember your holiday home cannot be used as your primary residence and proof of residence will be required when you purchase.

Buying a holiday home is really a lifestyle choice. By letting with us, you can help to offset the cost of ownership.
However, because resale values will reduce over time, buying a holiday home should not be seen as an investment for the purposes of yielding an income.
We have a 24 hour on-park security team who regularly patrol the park to ensure our owners and guests feel safe.
They will also refuse entry to anyone without a valid pass. Plus, we offer a Park Security Alarm system to protect your holiday home and help put your mind at ease.
If you wish to contact our security team, you will be able to find their number on your park map which is included in your welcome pack when you check in or you can find an online version on our website.
