Keeping you safe whilst on park at Haven
The safety and security of our holidaymakers, owners and team remains our number one priority and we would ask for your continued support to keep each and every visitor to our parks as safe as possible.
The situation around the Coronavirus pandemic is constantly changing and Government restrictions will differ across our parks from time to time. Please find below all the latest information in relation to our parks and how any recent changes may affect your forthcoming break.
If your booking does not comply with the new Government legislation, or you no longer wish to holiday with us, breaks are covered by our Coronavirus Book with Confidence Guarantee.
Due to legislation introduced by the Welsh Government, our Welsh parks will be closed to holidaymakers and owners from Friday 23 October up to and including Sunday 8 November.
If you are due to travel to our parks and the changes mean that you or your break is affected, then you will able to cancel or move your holiday with Haven's Coronavirus Book with Confidence Guarantee.
We will be in contact with all affected guests directly.
Following the Local COVID Alert levels that came into force in England on Wednesday 14 October, we can confirm that the majority of our parks are within the Local Alert level of Medium. The only exceptions are Haggerston Castle, The Orchards and Berwick where the Local Alert level is High; and Cala Gran and Marton Mere where the Local Alert level is Very High.
Parks which are in the Very High COVID alert level will remain OPEN with some operational changes to comply with Government guidance.
Swimming pools, activities, takeaway outlets and mini markets will all be open as usual. Our restaurants will be open but alcohol can only be served as part of a meal and will close at 10pm. Unfortunately, due to the restrictions in place our bars and Entertainment venues will be closed.
As a result of measures we are still unable to allow bookings of more than one household (or support bubble) in our accommodation or venues, regardless of if the number of guests is under six. Guests are also not able to mix indoors or outdoors with anyone who is not within their household (or support bubble) while at Cala Gran or Marton Mere in line with Government guidelines.
If you are due to arrive at Cala Gran or Marton Mere in the next few weeks, your holiday will be going ahead. We will be contacting guests directly who are arriving in the next few days to let them know more about the above changes.

Following the announcement of further measures in Scotland which took effect on Friday 9 October, we can confirm that our parks at Craig Tara and Seton Sands are open.
Please note our swimming pools, activities, takeaway outlets, arcades and mini markets will all be open as usual.
Our restaurants will be open but only serving food and soft drinks.
Unfortunately, due to restrictions in place our bars and entertainment venues will be closed.
If you are due to arrive at either of these parks in the next few weeks your holiday will be going ahead. We will be contacting guests directly to let them know more about the above changes.

If your break is affected by the new law or guidance then you are able to cancel or move your holiday as your break is protected by Haven’s Coronavirus Book with Confidence Guarantee.
