Stayed here for a week it was nice the saver caravan is what we stayed in and it was decent but the beds were not the best my daughter's single bed had springs sticking out and was in such disrepair it was shocking to be honest the double bed in the main rooms leg was broken underneath it so was a little worried if it would hold my weigh. The sink in the bathroom had toothpaste all round the outside so I guess they didn't clean it very well. The entertainment wasn't for us really I mean it was always packed out with family's and kids and the security was tight which was good. But the kids mine included just ran around and didn't really take much interest in the entertainment. The food on site we only ate from the chippy and papa John's and burger king the food was what would be expected of those places for me the pizza was the best the chips from the chippy didn't hit the spot and burger king mostly got left. The swimming erm we booked on for 2 but I lynwent to one as it was not what I expected maybe in the summer months it will be better but it wasn't for me about 30 people in one swimming pool just bobbing about. Won't be doing swimming again. But the life guards were on point making sure everyone was safe. There was an issue with something falling off in the caravan and a work person came and fixed it and retrieved my child's sensory toy that had fell down near the water tank. And whilst there the freezer door was broken but was told there's no more with a freezer so we would just be given a fridge having Sen kids with specific diets I needed a freezer so had to manage for the week with a dodgy freezer. The location to the train station is not bad at all we enjoyed the walks and having difficulties with my walking it wasn't too far. So enjoy your stay if you choose to go it was a lovely location and the kids loved the arcades aswell. I wouldn't mind going back again if I'm being honest I would just choose a different caravan to stay in.

We recently stayed at Haven Skegness on a Bronze caravan deal for a long weekend (Friday to Monday), but unfortunately we decided to leave early on Sunday due to several issues. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the caravan. We were assured it had been cleaned before our arrival, but it was clearly not up to an acceptable standard. The carpets had debris and dirt on them and appeared not to have been vacuumed. As we were travelling with two young children, aged 6 and 2, we ended up cleaning the caravan ourselves rather than spending time taking photos and reporting every issue. I appreciate that we booked the cheapest accommodation option, but hygiene and cleanliness should be maintained to a high standard regardless of the package level. The outdoor play areas also felt tired and in need of refurbishment. Both mini parks could benefit from a deep clean, fresh paint, and general maintenance. We often found ourselves waiting a long time for equipment, particularly the swings, as some children were using them for extended periods without parental supervision. The main facilities were much better and there was a decent range of activities available. However, many of these seemed more suited to older children, but there wasn't a great deal aimed at our 2-year-old. I would also advise families with neurodivergent children to be aware that the site can become very busy, noisy, and overstimulating, which may be challenging for some children. Overall, the main facilities were good, but the poor cleanliness of the caravan, the condition of the play area, experience fell below expectations and contributed to us to end our holiday early. That said, the staff were lovely and friendly throughout our stay, always asking if we needed anything and making us feel welcome. Unfortunately we won’t be going back to this holiday park.

We stayed in 42 Burwell Rise and we had 2 toilets and the fridge came with a small freezer (at no extra cost) so that was a bonus. The cleaners were great when we arrived, they rushed to get it ready and apologised for it not being ready but they didn't need to as we arrived 2 hours early. Site is beautiful and Skegness centre is within walking distance so a great location. Couple of issues, we had ants coming in through the floor of the caravan, must have been a nest underneath because there was a lot so we had to store our rubbish bag outside which wasn't ideal. My brother got fish and chips from the onsite chippy called Cooks and the batter on the fish wasn't cooked properly. Another night we ate in the Richmond Arms (also onsite) and I ordered sausage, mash and peas. Plenty of mash, only 2 table spoons of peas and the sausages were tiny, my brother had cake and again the portion was small. So the rest of the trip we stuck to Burger King and eating in Skegness town centre. That being said we would stay again because it was nice for the money and to my knowledge Haven doesn't have control over where the ants build a nest haha. We just wouldn't eat at the onsite restaurants/chip shop again, we would stick to Burger King and Papa John's and cooking in the caravan.

We had a lovely break and there was everything on site and the staff were lovely and friendly and a credit to haven . Our gold caravan was a extremely clean and there was everything we needed , it had really comfortable beds and a rap around decking and top class patio set which was spotless . We were lake side and couldn't have asked for a lovely spot. The site grounds were excellently kept , I never saw any litter and the food served in the bar restaurant was absolutely lovely. The site is 15 minutes walk from Skegness Town and promenade, plenty of shops and places to eat. A big thankyou to Haven and all their hard working staff , I would definitely recommend.

Stayed in a saver caravan. Was bigger than expected. Lovely & clean. Had more than we thought there like hairdryer etc. The kids playing park could do with a clean, we couldn't use it as alot of bird poo all over swings. Arcades are bit expensive. Food there was delicious. Staff are very friendly. Definitely would go back.
