Disabled access holidays 2025
Disabled access holidays with Haven
At Haven, we’re passionate about making all our holidays as accessible as possible to as many people as we can. Our team of advisors are on hand to help you choose the best park for your needs. Call 0333 202 5256 to book your perfect seaside break with confidence and we’ll be able to give you details about the park's terrain, our on-site facilities, accommodation and even how you can access nearby beaches.
Our holiday parks are designed with inclusivity at their heart.
Please note, our Devon Cliffs and our Weymouth-based holiday parks have some steep areas.
Overview
We've taken extra steps to make sure our accommodation works for everyone. Two types of adapted caravan are available to guests with disabilities.
Roomier and more accessible than the standard holiday home, the caravan is fitted with sliding internal doors, an adapted bathroom and can be equipped with a trapeze lift handle (which you can request at the time of booking).
It comes with all the essentials you'd find in our other accommodation, including a TV, microwave, refrigerator and gas fire.
How to book
To book an adapted caravan, call 0333 202 5256 to speak to one of our specially trained advisors. They will listen to your individual requirements to help you plan your holiday. Please note, as these bookings are not available to make online, there will not be a booking fee to book on the phone with us.

When you book the Haven package, you'll have access to pre-book our swimming pools on park. All parks (with the exception of Lydstep Beach) are equipped with a pool hoist which is available upon request should you require it. Many of our parks have changing rooms with toilets, changing areas and wet room shower facilities suitable for guests with disabilities.
Please speak to your chosen park directly before booking your swimming sessions if you have any individual needs.

We happily welcome all assistance dogs to our parks and don’t charge any extra for their stay. You are able to book any grade of accommodation with us and aren’t required for it to be dog-friendly.
If you are bringing an assistance dog with you on holiday, we kindly ask that you let us know in good time before you arrive, in order for us to send you everything you need for your break, including an approval letter.
Please bring this letter with you as you will be asked to present it when entering any of our venues.
We do also have a number of dog friendly units available at our parks.
If you may need to hire a wheelchair for your stay with us, we can help you.
Some of our parks can offer to hire out wheelchairs to guests, which can be arranged by contacting us on 0333 202 5250.
Alternatively, if the park cannot hire out wheelchairs, we can provide contact information for local organisations that will be able to arrange wheelchair hire for you.
