Camping and touring holidays in Lincolnshire
From award winning coastlines to the rolling countryside and historic market towns, England's second largest county, Lincolnshire, is certainly a county of contrasts. Visit the traditional seaside towns like Skegness, Cleethorpes and Mablethorpe, or take a visit to the iconic 900-year-old Lincoln Cathedral. Our two Lincolnshire campsites offer large touring areas as well as some excellent pitches and touring facilities. Golden Sands in Mablethorpe has a flat and grassy touring area, while Cleethorpes Beach in Cleethorpes offers flat, grass and hard-standing pitches. With direct beach access, you won’t have far to go to dip your toes in the sea.
Cleethorpes Beach is a great base to park up or pitch up and access Lincolnshire’s finest offerings for both coast and country.

Lincolnshire holidays can also be a wonderful chance to explore a county steeped in history. The Roman arches in the city of Lincoln date back to the 3rd century BC, while Lincoln Castle is home to one of the four surviving copies of the Magna Carta. If you're looking for ways to make the little ones happy, visiting wild animals is always a winner. There are loads of wildlife and animal parks here – you could take the Tiger Tour at Lincolnshire Wildlife Park, or meet the various creatures at the seal sanctuaries in Mablethorpe and Skegness. Or if you prefer your wildlife in the great outdoors, North East Lincolnshire is known as Bird Airport by locals, for the sheer number of birds that flock there.
