    Frequently asked questions

What do our caravan owners in Sussex like about our parks in the region?

"Our holiday home gives us the freedom to enjoy precious holiday time whenever we like. Having all of the facilities on our doorstep and seeing the joy and smiles on our grandchildren’s faces, makes ownership worthwhile" Mr and Mrs Wright - Owners at Combe Haven

"We love playing bingo and enjoying the evening entertainment. We also enjoy long walks around the nature reserve and along the beach. The whole family loves the facilities, especially the pool and the arcade. There’s something for all ages to enjoy… we look forward to spending many more happy years in our holiday home." Susan and Ron Hession - Owners at Church Farm

Why are static caravans in Sussex so popular?

Sussex is a magnificent location to set up a second home that offers both a refreshing change of scenery and is easy to get to. The county enjoys some of the best weather in Britain. Its position on the south coast makes it one of the UK’s driest places so there’s more time to enjoy the great outdoors than in most other places, and cultural hubs like Brighton compliment the traditional seaside towns perfectly to make Sussex a great place to visit all-year-round.

Where can I buy a static caravan in Sussex?

We offer two contrasting places to become an owner in Sussex. Church Farm Holiday Village near Pagham is a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle, with incredibly easy access to staples of the seaside like Bognor Regis. Combe Haven Holiday Park is in St Leonards-on-Sea, within walking distance to Hastings.

What exclusive facilities are on offer in Sussex for Haven static caravan owners?

Is Church Farm Holiday Village flat or hilly?

    The park is completely flat.

Is Combe Haven Holiday Park flat or hilly?

The park is mainly flat apart from Haven Terrace, where the top of this road is flat, but the road goes down a steep hill, and High Haven, which is also on the hill. Normandy, Saxony, Meadowbank, Blue Quarry and Riverside accommodation areas are at the bottom of the hill. The main facilities are at the top of the park's hill.
