Annual site fees
When you buy with us, you’ll be the proud owner of the holiday home itself, but not the land. Your annual fees cover your right to occupy a pitch, as long as you stick to our park rules.
Site fees vary by park and pitch location and are subject to pitch availability and suitability for your chosen caravan. They're payable before the start of every season in March and if you join us from June, the fee will be reduced based on the amount of the season left.
We're fair and always do the right thing by our amazing owners – such as crediting their site fees during the past lockdown period when they were unable to use their holiday homes.
What's included in site fees?
- 15% off in our bars, restaurants and shops
- General park maintenance and security
- Exclusive owner's parties and full events calendar
- 50% off sports and leisure activities
