Our static caravan site fees cover all park maintenance, landscaping, security and use of park facilities. We're always really up-front about all ongoing running costs right from the start, that way you'll know exactly where you stand before you sign on the dotted line.

Site fees

Site fees vary by park and pitch location and are subject to pitch availability and suitability for your chosen caravan. They're payable before the start of every season at the beginning of March and if you join us from June, the amount payable will be reduced based on the amount of the season left. We're fair and always do the right thing by our amazing owners - such as crediting their site fees during the recent lockdown period when they were unable to use their holiday homes.

  1. We've two fantastic ways you can let your holiday home with Haven. Simply choose which option suits you best. Our FIXED letting service gives you total peace of mind, so you can guarantee what you'll earn during the season. Or you might prefer our FLEXI letting service which allows you to let your holiday home for any given date. You may earn more, but there are no guarantees. The choice is yours.

  2. Let our trusted letting experts help you get the best out of your letting experience. Our team are on hand to support you, answer any questions and offer any help and advice in ensuring you maximise your income potential.

  3. Fancy earning a bonus? Let your Haven holiday home for a minimum of 12 breaks during the season, 6 of which must be peak dates, and we will credit your owner account with a letting bonus of £325. If you do not meet the qualifying number of breaks during the year, we will reverse the account credit.

  4. As part of our Simply Letting package, we will automatically provide inclusive holiday home cleaning once your Haven guests depart, including any carpet and upholstery cleaning as required. As well as complimentary replacements of any standard inventory items, should they become misplaced or damaged during a Haven guests stay. You can have total confidence that your holiday home is in the best possible hands.

Running costs

As well as your site fees, you'll need to consider annual running costs on top of the cost of your holiday home. These include heating and lighting your holiday home, insurance, water and non-domestic business rates. These change from year to year and obviously some are dependent on how much you use your holiday home, but these should hopefully give you a clear guide as to what to expect.

The cost of purchasing a holiday home not only includes the caravan itself, but also transporting, siting and connecting your caravan on to your selected pitch. 
You’ll be the proud owner of a holiday home, but not the land itself. Your annual fees cover your right to occupy a pitch, as long as you stick to our park rules.
Absolutely! As an owner, you’ll receive 10 Friends & Family cards. They give your guests full access to all the facilities.
We absolutely love dogs and welcome them at the majority of our owners’ parks; you can take a look here and get in touch with us directly for a list of the breeds we allow. As a heads up, if you have a furry guest in your holiday home, it’ll affect the letting grade should you decide to let with us so be sure to take that into consideration.
You should be able to enjoy your holiday home for as long as you like, you just need to take good care of it and make sure it’s safe and well maintained. The initial licence period for the occupation of a pitch on the park is 12 years.
As an owner you’ll be able to part exchange your caravan whenever you like, whether it’s to make space for a growing family, or to enjoy uninterrupted sea views. You just need to speak to a member of Sales Team to find out which pitches are available. At Haven, we believe you should be able to enjoy your holiday home for as long as you like, you just need to take good care of it and make sure it’s safe and well maintained. The initial licence period for the occupation of a pitch on the park is 12 years.

Representative finance example. Holiday home cash price £19,995, less deposit of £1,999.50, gives a loan amount of £17,995.50. 84 monthly payments of £293.87. Total charge for credit £6,688.93. Total amount payable £26,683.93 which includes the deposit amount. The interest rate is 5.31% fixed / 9.9% APR (representative). Subject to status and availability.
