There’s no better place to get away from the hustle and bustle than with a trip to your Haven holiday home. Whether it’s a static caravan or luxury lodge, there’s always fun to be had and memories to be made. But what about when you’re away? Letting out your static caravan is the answer. 

Many of our owners find themselves spending an increasing amount of time in their second home, so much so that they begin to question which property really is their first and which is their second. Although staying in your holiday home all year round is not possible, during the season there’s a fantastic option to let it out whenever you’re busy inland with day-to-day life. This article shows how letting out your static caravan is made easy by our professional team who have a whole host of expertise around caravans to let.

What separates us from a DIY caravans to let approach? 

We want to handle even more of the admin so you can focus on maximising your returns when letting out your static caravan. Behind the scenes, we also take care of: 

  • Advertising through TV, partnerships, social media, online and other channels 

  • Management of all the bookings 

  • A friendly welcome for the guests and customer service during their stay 

  • A post-holiday clean like no other. We make sure everything is looking spick and span

How does it all work? 

We’ll start the ball rolling by ensuring your caravan is fully equipped and ready to go. When you sign up, we’ll visit your van to check it over, then we’ll work with you to make sure your holiday home is ready to let with Haven. 

This includes checking your holiday home for: 

  • The correct inventory 

  • Conducting valid safety tests  

  • Any work required on your holiday home to bring it up to the required standard 

  • If there is additional work required for letting out your static caravan, we’ll let you know. We’ll need your authorisation before we start any work.

Choose between our fixed and flexi schemes 

There are two fantastic ways to let your holiday home with Haven. All you have to do is choose the right one for you. 

Our fixed scheme: gives you a nice round figure for what you’ll earn when your static caravan is let with us. We decide the dates and you’re guaranteed a set figure in the kitty. 

Our flexi scheme: this flexible option allows you to let your holiday home on any given date of your choice. The earning potential is higher, but there are no guarantees.

*Select the dates you wish to let and earn your £325 bonus 

You can let your caravan between 10 March 2023 and 3 November 2023^. The breaks we’ll use your property are in two different formats. Three-night breaks straddle the weekend and run from Friday-Monday. Four-night breaks are during the working week, running from Monday-Friday. 

^Between 17 March – 3 November 2023 at Lydstep Beach and 10 March – 27 October 2023 at Perran Sands.

If you sign up for 12 breaks in 2023, including six peak dates, you’ll get £325 credited to your owner account. Just one thing, if you don’t achieve the full number of qualifying breaks by 1st November 2023, the account credit will be reversed.

We look after the bookings and the guests.

From advertising our holidays, guest payments and arrivals to customer queries and cleaning, we look after everything the guest will need during their stay in your holiday home, so all you need to do is sit back and relax. 

We look after you.

Our on-park experience team are focused on looking after you and especially your holiday home; we know how much it means to you. We take care of post-holiday cleans and make sure your holiday home is ship-shape. 

You’ll earn extra income.

At the end of the season, we’ll apply the income you have earned during the season to your owner account to offset your running costs and site fees.
