Owning a holiday home gives you the freedom to come and go as often as you choose - it really is a home from home. Many of our Haven parks are open for 10 months of the year between March and November, so whether you want to stay for three days or three weeks, the choice is yours. Hear from our owners themselves

We have static caravans for sale at 39 of our holiday parks, each in enviable locations on or near the coast. Some are located close to charming seaside towns, others are surrounded by breathtaking cliffs and mountains. Each park has quieter pitches for a coastal retreat or pitches closer to the facilities for those keen to make the most of what's on offer.

Owners' events
Owner Events Co-ordinators on our parks create a bespoke programme of crafty sessions, gatherings and days outs just for our owners to enjoy. They're available throughout the year and our owners come along whenever an event takes their fancy. Wine club, anyone?
On top of this, you'll have access to key annual events including welcome back parties and seasonal parties, while some parks also host a summer ball and HavenFest - an owner-exclusive on-park festival.

Lynne owns a static caravan at Church Farm. When her two grandchildren come to visit her, they don't feel as though they are going on holiday. The atmosphere created at the park makes them feel as though they're just visiting her at her second home! Please note, when you buy a holiday home with us, you’ll be the proud owner of the home itself, but not the land it's on. Your annual fees cover your right to occupy a pitch, as long as you stick to our park guidelines.

The cost of purchasing a holiday home not only includes the caravan itself, but also transporting, siting and connecting your caravan on to your selected pitch.
You’ll be the proud owner of a holiday home, but not the land itself.
Your annual fees cover your right to occupy a pitch, as long as you stick to our park rules.
Absolutely! As an owner, you’ll receive 10 Friends & Family cards. They give your guests full access to all the facilities.
We absolutely love dogs and welcome them at the majority of our owners’ parks; you can take a look here and get in touch with us directly for a list of the breeds we allow.
As a heads up, if you have a furry guest in your holiday home, it’ll affect the letting grade should you decide to let with us so be sure to take that into consideration.
You should be able to enjoy your holiday home for as long as you like, you just need to take good care of it and make sure it’s safe and well maintained.
The initial licence period for the occupation of a pitch on the park is 12 years.
As an owner you’ll be able to part exchange your caravan whenever you like, whether it’s to make space for a growing family, or to enjoy uninterrupted sea views.
You just need to speak to a member of Sales Team to find out which pitches are available.
At Haven, we believe you should be able to enjoy your holiday home for as long as you like, you just need to take good care of it and make sure it’s safe and well maintained.
