Hafan y Mor, North Wales
A new area joins Hafan y Mor's thriving owners' community, in a quiet spot that's tucked away but still in easy reach of the park's many facilities. The new St Tudwal's community is located on the south side of the park, a short walk from Hafan's direct beach access. There are 30 new spots available, all 12ft-wide silver pitches with a dedicated parking space each. Buy a holiday home here and enjoy so much to explore on your doorstep. Opening in 2025.

Devon Cliffs, Devon
Get closer to the seaside at Devon Cliffs, which sits in a prime location overlooking the beautiful Exmouth coast. There's direct access to a sandy beach, and brilliant facilities on park, including an indoor swimming pool, Inflatable Arena, Tube Slides, Slim Chickens, and a new J D Wetherspoon pub. Could its newest park development, Palm Avenue, be the perfect spot for your holiday home? Opening in 2025.

Hopton, Norfolk
Hopton's prime Norfolk location, with direct access to a sandy beach and brilliant on-park facilities like the Marina Bar and Stage entertainment venue make it an attractive place to own a holiday home. It's newest park developments could be just the spot you were looking for to own your home away from home. Will The Poplars or Maple Court be your new escape? Opening in 2025.

Skegness, Lincolnshire
Snipe Dales is the newest area joining Skegness Holiday Park in 2025. With 20 new pitches available, it's set to be a stunning neighbourhood. Both Snipe Dales' 12ft and 14ft-wide pitches have a dedicated parking space for two cars, with the 14ft pitches situated around a peaceful lake.
It's a rare opportunity to join the owner community on our newest Haven park, set in a quiet area but still a stone's throw away from the centre of Skegness.

Lakeland, Cumbria
A new area at Lakeland joins the park's lakeside caravan communities. The second phase of the Bowness area will have Gold and Silver pitches for owners and is in a quiet spot at picturesque Lakeland. Buy a holiday home here and enjoy a scenic setting at the gateway to the Lake District. Opening 2025.
