Unfortunately, we've had some unexpected operational challenges which meant we weren’t able to deliver the Haven Soundwaves Music Weekend to the high standard we wanted this year. We plan to move it into 2024 to ensure we’re able to put on the best possible experience for guests. We completely understand how disappointing this is and would have loved to have welcomed you in November. Please rest assured, that anyone who had tickets booked will be entitled to a full refund. There is also the option to use the funds towards an existing Haven break or a brand-new holiday.

Of course, all guests who had a break booked for our Soundwaves weekends are entitled to a full refund. There is also the option to use the funds towards an existing Haven break or a brand-new holiday. You should have received an email from us detailing these options for you. Simply let us know via the form within the email which you’d like to choose, and we can get this actioned for you.

Refunds can take up to 30 days from when they are processed. In order to request a refund, please complete the form provided in your Soundwaves postponement email and we will action this for you as soon as possible.
