Our Haven Promise means we've got you covered. And you don't need to do a thing – it's part of every booking. We're also pleased to announce that we've been ranked 3rd Best Travel Company by Money Saving Expert for overall experience in their Covid refunds survey.

Here’s how it works.

No-quibble refunds

We’ve put flexibility at the heart of every booking, meaning you’re covered in the event of any disruption. In the event of our parks closing, the government restricting travel, or us being unable to offer you a full experience of activities, entertainment and facilities, we’ve got you covered.

We also realise that things can change at short notice - if you’re unable to travel or are hesitant, get in touch and we'll help you with whatever you need. All you need to do is fill out this form between 28 and 3 days prior to your arrival and we’ll do the rest.

What’s covered?

Our Haven Promise means you're covered if:

  1. We can't offer the full experience you booked including activities, entertainment
    and facilities

  2. The park has to close

  3. The UK Government restricts travel

  4. You can't travel, or don't feel safe travelling

Low deposits and our price promise

We’re committed to giving our guests seaside staycations with the best value breaks in mind. If you see your holiday at a lower price after you’ve booked, give us a shout and we’ll give you the difference back.

To make your life easier, you can reserve one of our holidays today for as little as £30. Get your holiday booked up and locked down for only £30 upfront, then your first monthly payment will be taken on the first day of the following month and the first day of every month thereafter. You can bag our best deals without waiting to save up. This option is not available on touring and camping.

The alternative to the easy payment plan is to pay in full or to pay an initial deposit of £60 at the time of booking and then the outstanding balance which will be due 10 weeks before arrival. Touring and camping bookings require a £25 deposit payable at time of booking and are excluded from the Easy payment plan option.

Squeaky-clean holiday homes

We’ve partnered with cleaning experts to bring a new meaning to tip-top hygiene, but we’ve not simply followed advice. Huge investment has been made in the very best cleaning products to truly separate our guest experience from the independent private rental world.

Within each holiday home, we’re ensuring we focus on high touch areas and have 62-point enhanced caravan cleaning process which means that every single caravan is cleaned to the same exceptionally high standard.

We are also using specialist cleaning materials, known to kill viruses such as
Coronavirus, each and every time. Once cleaned and ready for our guests, a special seal will
be applied to the entrance door to signal the accommodation has been cleaned to our standard.
