We’ve put flexibility at the heart of every booking, meaning you’re covered in the event of any disruption. In the event of our parks closing, the government restricting travel, or us being unable to offer you a full experience of activities, entertainment and facilities, we’ve got you covered.
We also realise that things can change at short notice - if you’re unable to travel or are hesitant, get in touch and we'll help you with whatever you need. All you need to do is fill out this form between 28 and 3 days prior to your arrival and we’ll do the rest.

The UK Government restricts travel
You can't travel, or don't feel safe travelling
