Here’s how it works.

Coronavirus Guarantee

We’ve put flexibility at the heart of every booking, meaning you’re covered in the event of any disruption. In the event of our parks closing, the government restricting travel, or us being unable to offer you a full experience of activities, entertainment and facilities due to Coronavirus, we’ve got you covered.

We also realise that things can change at short notice - if you’re unable to travel, get in touch and we'll help you with whatever you need. All you need to do is fill out this form between 28 and 3 days prior to your arrival and we’ll do the rest.

What’s covered?

In relation to Coronavirus you are covered for the following for all new 2022 bookings:

  1. We aren't able to offer the experience you booked

  2. The park is closed

  3. The UK Government restrictions on travel

  4. You are unable to travel due to sickness or isolation

Simply complete the form between 28 days and 3 days prior to arrival.

We guarantee you can move your holiday to a future date free of charge and receive a full refund. The 'Guarantee Change Window' allows any transfer or cancellation within the period of 28 days and 3 days prior to arrival. Contact us during the guarantee change window period and our team will be delighted to help you. Should UK Government advice significantly change in the 3 days prior to arrival, we will reactivate the Guarantee for you. All other booking terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Our Price Promise

We’re committed to giving our guests seaside staycations with the best value breaks in mind. If you see your holiday at a lower price after you’ve booked, give us a shout and we’ll give you the difference back.

If prior to your holiday start date, you see your holiday at a lower price, contact us on 0330 202 5435 and one of our advisors will apply any adjustment to your booking if the price seen remains available. The refund is subject to the holiday being for the same park, arrival date, duration, accommodation type and there still being availability to book. Offers through third-party promotions are excluded.

Squeaky-clean holiday homes

We’ve partnered with cleaning experts to bring a new meaning to tip-top hygiene, but we’ve not simply followed advice. Huge investment has been made in the very best cleaning products to truly separate our guest experience from the independent private rental world.

Within each holiday home, we’re ensuring we focus on high touch areas and have 62-point enhanced caravan cleaning process which means that every single caravan is cleaned to the same exceptionally high standard.

We are also using specialist cleaning materials, known to kill viruses such as Coronavirus, each and every time. Once cleaned and ready for our guests, a special seal will be applied to the entrance door to signal the accommodation has been cleaned to our standard.

If, on arrival at your holiday home, you find it is not cleaned to the high standards we expect you will receive a full, refund for the cost of your holiday. You must report this to a member of our Holiday Reception team at Reception within 4 hours of your arrival window. A member/s of our cleaning/management team will inspect the accommodation with you to review the issue whilst maintaining social distancing protocols. Failure to contact Holiday Reception within 4 hours of arrival invalidates our Haven Caravan Cleanliness Guarantee (HCCG). We won’t accept claims after departure from the holiday park.

Low deposit with the option to spread the cost

To make your life easier, you can reserve one of our holidays today for as little as £30. Get your holiday booked up and locked down for only £30 upfront, then your first monthly payment will be taken on the first day of the following month and the first day of every month thereafter. You can bag our best deals without waiting to save up. This option is not available on touring and camping.

The alternative to the easy payment plan is to pay in full or to pay an initial deposit of £60 at the time of booking and then the outstanding balance which will be due 10 weeks before arrival. Touring and camping bookings require a £25 deposit payable at time of booking and are excluded from the Easy payment plan option.

Free amendments

You can make any changes to your 2022 booking free of charge until 31 December 2021. When you move your break, if it is more expensive you will need to pay the difference.
