Across our 38 parks, we offer a variety of accommodation types including caravans, lodges, chalets, apartments, glamping options and at specific parks we also offer deck houses and beach houses. Learn out more about our self-catering accommodation types to find the perfect space for your holiday.

Up until 7 days before the start of your break you will be eligible to Choose Your Holiday Home for your break and its location on park, subject to availability.

Should your booking be eligible for Choose Your Holiday Home, you will receive an email from Haven inviting you to log into My Account and pre-select your location ahead of your break. This will only become available once a booking has been made and can be done anytime up until seven days before your holiday.

In order to access Choose Your Holiday Home, you'll need to have an online account via My Haven set up. Please use your password and email address to log in.

Choose Your Holiday Home is subject to availability and some exclusions apply. There is a separate charge for Choose Your Holiday Home and payments must be made, in full, at the time of selecting and booking your holiday home, in order to guarantee your location on the park and your selected holiday home.  Find out more about the benefits of Choose Your Holiday Home

About the Haven Holiday package​:

If you're in need of an epic family getaway, then our traditional Haven holidays are the break of choice packed full of swimming, entertainment and activities.

What facilities are available for Haven Holiday guests?​

Your Haven holiday includes accommodation, restaurants, takeaways and arcades, as well as a Play Pass which allows you entry to our entertainment venues and pools, as well as the ability to book activities.

Please note, whilst we have a lot of free activities for you to get stuck into, some of our activities do require a small additional charge to book. ​

About the Haven Hideaway package​:

Haven Hideaway holidays give our guests the chance to escape to the great British coast at a pace that suits them.​ Use your Haven accommodation as a base to enjoy the local area to its fullest - enjoy local walks and explore nearby towns, villages and attractions.

Yes. If the start date of your break is at least 10 weeks away from the point of booking, you'll be eligible for one of our pay monthly holidays and will be able to take advantage of payment options. The earlier you book, the more time you get to spread the cost. When you book, you can also select the date for your set monthly payment.
