Haven Flexi Plans

A Haven Flexi Plan is designed for peace of mind in the event you need to amend or cancel your holiday booking. We offer two Haven Flexi Plan: Standard and Premium. Either Haven Flexi Plan can be added at the time of booking or within 48 hours of booking. Payment for a Haven Flexi Plan is taken at the time it’s added to the booking and once purchased, is non-refundable. The cancellation and amendment policies of both Haven Flexi Plans are outlined below.

Holiday Flexi Plan: Standard

Cancel for any reason:

  • Cancelling less than 7 days before arrival: No refunds, balance transfers or amendments permitted

  • Cancelling between 8 - 28 days before arrival: 20% refund of booking value (inclusive of any deposit paid, and amount paid for the Haven Flexi Plan)

  • Cancelling between 29 - 69 days before arrival: 50% refund of booking value (inclusive of any deposit paid, and amount paid for the Haven Flexi Plan)

  • Cancelling between 70 days before arrival: 100% refund of booking value (minus any deposit paid and amount paid for the Haven Flexi Plan)

Holiday Flexi Plan: Premium

Cancel for any reason:

  • Cancelling ON the day of arrival: No refunds, balance transfers or amendments permitted

  • Cancelling MORE than a day before arrival: 100% refund of booking value (minus any deposit paid, and amount paid for the Holiday Flexi Plan)

Booking amendment policies

Guests can amend the date, duration and park of their booking within a specific timeframe:

  • Guests without either Haven Flexi Plan: Amendments to the date, duration and park can be made up to 56 days before arrival. Pay difference in price (+/-) – e.g. original booking vs. today’s price. Amendment fee applies.

  • Guests with Haven Flexi Plan: Standard Amendments to the date, duration and park can be made up to 28 days before arrival. Pay difference in price (+/-) – e.g. original booking vs. today’s price. Amendment fee applies.

  • Guests with Haven Flexi Plan: Premium Amendments to the date, duration and park can be made up to a day (24 hours) before arrival. Pay difference in price (+/-) – e.g. original booking vs. today’s price. Amendment fee applies.

How to amend your booking

Guests may amend the date, duration and park of their holiday either through My Account online or by contacting our call centre. All changes depend on availability, and the booking will be recalculated at current prices. If the cost increases, guests will need to cover the difference; if it decreases, a refund will be issued. A minimum administration fee of £20 applies to each change.

How to cancel your booking if you have a Haven Flexi Plan

We always hope that you don't need to cancel your holiday booking but, if you do, please follow the below steps.

1. Call us as soon as you can or, if you booked through a booking agent, please call your agent.

2. We will then cancel your holiday. If you require a refund, then we may ask you to send written proof of why you need to cancel such as a doctor's certification or court notification. If so, please send a scan or photocopy of the evidence to Cancel Form within 48 hours of our request and prior to your holiday start date.

3. If we've requested written proof of why you need to cancel, then please wait to hear from us regarding any refund due - and the amount (which may be reduced by bank charges).

4. Wait for us to pay your refund (which may take up to 35 days). Cancellation charges are calculated from the date we receive your instructions.
