Chichester is a city packed full of Roman history rife for cultural exploration - but there’s always time to stop for a bite to eat and drink.

Research found that Chichester has the highest number of restaurants per capita, with one eatery for every 154 people living in the city. So with our Church Farm Holiday Park just six miles away, the main trouble you’ll face is choosing somewhere for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Below we’ve put together a list of our top recommendations for the best restaurants in Chichester.

1. Cassons Restaurant

Cuisine: Modern British

Address: Arundel Road, Tangmere PO18 0DU

Dishes are cooked in classical style with bold flavours, but are generously proportioned to ensure you leave happy. Expand your culinary horizons with wood pigeon to start, South Downs lamb rump for mains or a host of other options from the exquisite a la carte menu. They also have a great Sunday lunch menu, detailed wine list and run regular gourmet evenings.
