Frequently asked questions
We're currently building a number of new caravan developments on many of our parks, so we have a good selection of new pitches coming, and we're finishing these as quickly as we can. You can see these developments on our pitch development page.
Waits for other pitches will vary as caravans need pitches that can accommodate their size, so any wait will come down to whether the caravan you would like can fit on any of the pitches currently free. We recommend chatting about this on your park visit as the team will explore options with you to get you enjoying your new caravan as soon as you can.
Decking is a possibility for most static caravans and pitches. Silver, Gold and Lodge grades must have a deck sited. Decking is not included in any caravan prices shown online and the price of a deck will be included in your final park quote which you'll get during your park ownership tour. Prices for decks will vary by size and style with front and wraparound decks available. Decking is subject to spacing rules and regulations, so the park will work with you to find a pitch that fits your desired deck option, subject to availability. If you like the idea of deck and are looking to buy a Bronze caravan, please express your interest in decking on your park visit and the team can go through all the options with you.
Decking is not included in your caravan price but we can arrange for you to add a deck to your purchase, and you will need to pay for the deck and the work to add it to your pitch. Decks can't be added to all pitches due to sizing so please check if you can add a deck to your chosen pitch before purchase.
Provided by Bourne Leisure Limited, our warranty on new holiday homes gives you five years of peace of mind – completely free of charge. What is covered for each year will be included in your financial paperwork given to you when you buy.
Please note: some items will come with ‘extended warranty’ which means you will need to register items such as fridges and cookers with the appliance manufacturer to enable the warranty for them.
The cost of purchasing a holiday home not only includes the caravan itself, but also transporting, siting and connecting your caravan on to your selected pitch.
