New Quay Harbour Beach is a picturesque village that was once a flourishing fishing port. The beach is used for swimming, sailing, and fishing (and even dolphin watching), and there are zoned areas for water sports. Dogs are not allowed between May 1-September 30. Lydstep Haven is a beautiful beach consisting of sand and pebbles, backed by impressive wooded cliffs at either end. At the north end of the beach there is a small sandy area exposed at low tide. With direct access from our Lydstep beach park you are sure to have a fantastic day out visiting the beach. Popular with water sports such as Swimming, jet skiing, boating, water skiing, scuba diving and parascending.

A large sandy beach with dunes running its length and at low tide it joins up with Castle Beach at Tenby. Penally is a popular beach for swimming and fishing. The beach is manually cleaned daily by the council.

A small rocky bay enclosed by high cliffs and with sand exposed at low tide. Access is very restricted and only accessible at low water via Church Doors. A popular area for coastal walks and bathing.

Beaches
South Beach is a long sandy beach with dunes running its length. There are less crowds as you walk further south along the beach. At low tide the northern end joins up with Castle Beach. Popular for swimming; windsurfing; sailing; canoeing and power boating take place on South Beach which is zoned for such sports.
