March

Dragon Parade 

Where: High St, Saint David's SA62 6NW

What better place to kick off St Davids Day in style than Oriel y Parc’s Dragon Parade in Britain’s smallest city, St Davids. Local school pupils and community members will be showcasing their dazzling dragons on a walk down the high street.

Easter Adventures at Colby Woodland Garden 

Where: Colby Woodland Garden, SA67 8PP

Nestled in a hidden wooded valley with a secret walled garden and a 900-acre estate, Colby Woodland Garden is a Pembrokeshire gem. This Easter, why not check out their Easter Adventures event, featuring an activity packed trail that ends with an Easter egg for the champions!  

Barley Saturday 

Where: Cardigan 

When: Last Saturday of April 

Taking place in the historical town of Cardigan, the annual Barley Saturday celebration boasts a parade of beautiful local horses, vintage cars, tractors and motorcycles passing through.

Pembrokeshire Street Food Festival 

Where: Tenby South Beach Car Park, SA70 7EG

Situated right next to the stunning South Beach in Tenby, Pembrokeshire Street Food Festival is filled with local, national and regional street food venders. From authentic Caribbean dishes to gourmet mac and cheese, there’s so many stalls to choose from – your only limitation is how hungry you are!

Rock the Castle Festival 

Where: Pembroke Castle, Pembroke, SA71 4LA 

When:  June, exact date TBC 

Dance the night away to your favourite tunes in the stunning Pembroke Castle, surrounded by history and royalty! The former birthplace of King Henry VII, Pembroke Castle has played host to acts such as Status Quo, Sister Sledge, UB40 and The Fratellis.

Viking Warrior School 

Where: Castell Henllys, Meline (near Crymych), Pembrokeshire, SA41 3UR

Become the leader of your pack at Castell Henllys Viking Warrior School. For ages 8+, you’ll get the chance to learn some of the epic art of combat and experience how the Norse folk raided.

Days of Medieval Merriment!

Tenby Round Table Summer Spectacular 

Where: Tenby Harbour, Tenby, SA70 7BW

A famous event in the local community, the Summer Spectacular is filled with a whole range of entertainment, lots of food, and a grand finale fireworks show, every weekend in August.  

Llangwm Literary Festival 

Where: Llangwm Village Hall, Pill Parks Way, Llangwm, SA62 4HT

Nestled in a former fishing village, with a weekend of writing and plenty of activities to keep the little ones entertained – the Llangwm Literary Festival is a book-lovers dream.

Ironman Wales 

Where: Throughout Pembrokeshire

The iconic Ironman triathlon has been hosted in Tenby for over 10 years, and the atmosphere in the town just keeps on getting better every year. There’s even a mini version, IRONKIDS for children ages 0-17 to take part in an epic Fun Run.   

Narberth Food Festival 

Where: Townsmoor Car Park, Narberth, SA67 7AG

Sat in the cute and bustling town of Narberth, the annual Food Festival will be coming back for its 24th year! Filled with a delicious array of food stalls, guest chefs, toe-tapping music and live entertainment, you’d better not miss this one.

Tenby Beer Festival 

Where: De Valence in Tenby, Upper Frog St, Tenby, SA70 7JD

Sip on some delicious beers and ciders from breweries across West Wales and check out the cheeky prosecco bar. The tenth annual Tenby Beer Festival is here!
