time to take in the salty sea air

UK beach holidays and seaside breaks

Whether you're basking in the sun or having your hair whipped by bracing sea air, a trip to the beach is good for the soul, don't you think? And you don't need to go abroad to make marvellous seaside memories. UK beach holidays can be totally brilliant – we reckon some of the sandiest, splashiest, saltiest beaches are right here. But don't take our word for it, come and see for yourself.

Take yourself right back to your favourite family holiday memories and make new ones, too. Whether you're building up sandcastles or smashing them to bits, squealing in the surf or poking around rock pools, a day at the beach just can't be beaten.

Most of our parks are just moments from an unspoilt beach. Lots of them hold a Blue Flag, which means they're squeaky clean. And we're proud to work closely with the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) to put seaside safety first every day.

You don't need to go abroad for nice sandy beaches!

You could even bring the dog as many of these beaches are dog-friendly most of the year. So why not take a trip to the seaside for either a week-long holiday or a weekend break and get that sand between your toes, don't forget to bring your beach towel!
