The Haven Food and Drink Card offers the ultimate convenience: pre-plan your on-park food and drink spend, and spread the cost when you book ahead! Plus, we'll even add an extra 10% on top to stretch your money even further*.

So, what is it?
Haven Food and Drink Card allows you to ringfence cash to spend on food and drink at the park you are visiting, with 10% extra added to the amount you load.
Load £150, and you'll have £165 to spend. Load £500, and you'll have £550 to spend, and so on.
The balance is available to use at eligible food and drink venues while you're on park - both for dine-in and take-away - and must be pre-loaded before your holiday begins.
You can use the voucher code (visible in the Haven Experience app) when ordering at a venue, on the Haven Serve app, or at Haven.com/experience.

Good news - the Haven Food and Drink Card is available to use in the majority of our on-park venues*! So you can indulge in a meal at any of the below, and rest assured that you've already set money aside for your grub.

Where can't I use it?
There are a handful of exceptions*, so you won't be able to redeem the balance at:

Coffee Carts
Mobile van outlets, including Cook's
And as this is a holidaymaker offer, it's also not redeemable in owners-only lounges.

Where can I sign up?!
Ready to make the most of this perk? You’ll find Haven Food and Drink Card in My Account as an extra once you have booked your holiday. Simply select a pre-pay amount to earn an extra 10% balance on food and drink at eligible venues.
Paying monthly for your holiday? You can include your Haven Food and Drink Card amount within this plan, too, meaning you can split the balance into easy installments, helping to spread the cost.
Full payment is required 10 weeks prior to your arrival date, and you'll find your Haven Food and Drink Card code available on haven.com/experience, and the Haven Experience app, on the day of arrival. Redeemable on 2024 holidays only.

After you have booked your holiday, you will be able to purchase a Haven Food & Drink Card through My Account. You will be able to purchase in set incremental values, from £150 - £500. For each increment, you will be given 10% extra value (i.e. purchase £150 and you will get £165 to spend). You can purchase a Haven Food & Drink Card at any time after you have booked your holiday up to 24hrs before your arrival day.
Yes. You can cancel your Haven Food & Drink Card and claim a full refund of money you have paid up until 24 hours before your arrival, not including the extra 10% value that would have been added.
Yes! You'll be able to spread the additional cost of the Food & Drink Card over your regular holiday payments, making it even more affordable. You'll still receive the additional 10% credit too. Full payment for the Food & Drink card must be made within ten weeks of the start of your holiday.
All you need is the redemption code and pin for your Haven Food & Drink Card. Just show the code to one of our Team in an eligible venue when it comes time to pay your bill. You can also use your code and pin in the Haven Serve App - the app must be the most up to date version available for download on your device to ensure you can use the code on your order. You can copy and paste your code directly into the Haven Serve app followed by the pin to purchase your food and drink.
No. Any value left on your Haven Food & Drink Card at the end of your holiday expires, is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another holiday or exchanged for cash.
The same refund process for any on park transactions would apply, however unlike a debit/credit card, we are not able to refund credit back onto the Food and Drink Card. The refund would need to given back in cash.
If you have begun a transaction (via Haven Serve) and you have entered your Food & Drink Card code but not then completed the transaction before closing the Haven Serve app, the credit may still be debited. On the rare occasion this may happen, the Food & Drink Card refreshes every 15 mins and the balance will be restored.
Our on-park team should direct you to the central Guest Experience team, who will evaluate the situation and support with a full resolution.
Yes! You can use your Food & Drink in all eligible venues on your day of arrival, including the time before you check in to your accommodation.
Yes! You can use your Food & Drink in all eligible venues on your day of departure, including the time after you check out of your accommodation.

Important information
Haven Food & Drink Card
Haven Food & Drink Card is available to guests when purchasing a holiday directly with Haven or via their online booking account, only up to 24 hours prior to the holiday start date and can be purchased in set values between £150 and £500. Group Organisers may purchase on behalf of the whole group a maximum total of £500. Maximum purchase of £500 per booking. Haven Food & Drink Card will be issued to guests in the form of a digital voucher with a redemption code and pin. The code and pin will be issued to the lead guest on the first day of your holiday and must be downloaded from haven.com/experience. Any value purchased on Haven Food & Drink Card is linked to a specific Haven Holiday booking only and is not transferrable to another holiday booking. The total value purchased on Haven Food & Drink Card (including the free 10%) can only be redeemed on the Haven Park linked to the holiday booking and for the duration of the linked holiday booking only. If you wish to remove the Haven Food and Drink Card from your booking, a full refund of the money paid can be obtained up to 24 hours before the start date of the holiday, after this time Haven Food & Drink Card is non-refundable. Haven Food & Drink Card can be used at all Food & Drink venues on the park (including the restaurants, show-bar and takeaways) with the exception of a small number of standalone karts (such as Costa Tuktuk). Haven Food & Drink Card is not redeemable at the following venues: supermarkets (including bakery), fun shops, arcades, swimming pool shops or for any Activities & Leisure. The list of eligible venues may change from time to time, a list of venues is available on the Haven website. Haven Food & Drink Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount card including the Haven Owner or Owner Friends and Family Cards. Haven takes no responsibility for your Haven Food & Drink Card redemption code being used by someone else, once issued it remains the responsibility of the lead guest. Any value left on the Haven Food & Drink Card at the end of the holiday expires, is non-refundable, cannot be transferred to another holiday or exchanged for cash.
