Haven Food & Drink Card: pay for your holiday grub before you even get there!
Ever wished you could pay for your Haven food and drink at the same time as you pay for your holiday? Well, now you can! Ever wished you could make your money go further? We’ve got something for that too!
Haven’s Food & Drink Card allows you to set aside cash to spend on-park before you even arrive on your holiday, so you know your meals and drinks out are already paid for when you get here, just like your accommodation. And what’s more, when you purchase the £150 minimum spend or more, we’ll top your balance up by 10%, making the pounds go even further during your break.
Available at the checkout* when you book a new holiday, or to add as an extra in My Account if your trip is already booked, you can even combine your Card balance with your existing monthly holiday payments if you prefer, so you’ve one less thing to organise.

How does it work?
In essence, once you’ve paid your chosen amount before arriving on-park, you’ll be issued a code within your Haven Experience app and at Haven.com/experience, which you can show at eligible outlets on park, or even use to order your food on the Haven Serve app. The 10% top-up will be pre-loaded, too, and you can see your balance in real time after each transaction you make.
It means you can essentially ringfence your dining-out money, without being restricted to eating in one place. Great if you’re keen on trying out the many venues available on our parks.
The Card balance can only be used during your booked holiday, so you’ll need to use it during your break as you can’t roll the balance over to another park or booking.
Where can I use it?
The Haven Food & Drink Card will be redeemable across all 38 of our parks, and at the majority of our food and drink venues*, with the odd exception, and it's valid for dining-in as well as takeaways.
You can expect to use it at:
Cook's**
The Five Stones (J D Wetherspoon) - Primrose Valley
But it won’t be useable at: Bertie's Ice Cream, Coffee Carts or mobile van outlets, including Cook's vans**.
