Static Caravans for Sale in North Wales

North Wales Caravan Holiday Park

Dreaming of a Welsh wilderness? You’re not alone. There’s so much to love about this beautiful region. Miles of golden sand, mountains, deep valleys – it’s just stunning.

Many of these valleys were formed in the ice age – and there’s certainly something otherworldly about the Llyn Peninsula. But it’s the beaches and views that make our North Wales caravan holiday parks so popular.

Three of our parks are raised up above Cardigan Bay near Porthmadog and Pwllheli. Step outside your static caravan with a cup of tea, gaze at the blue waters below and take your beach ball to Black Rock Sands. All the beaches in this area are lovely.

But if you want something a bit different, head to Porth O’er. Known locally as Whistling Sands, it has a particular type of sand. Walk along it and you’ll hear the beach singing – or whistling – back at you.

Our video guide to North Wales

Join our Creative Content Executive, Helen Hartley, on her 48 hour journey around North Wales uncovering hidden gems, as well as visiting the areas that makes North Wales unmissable.

We’ll be going under, over and across Snowdonia, meeting some of the locals and discovering the best places to eat and drink, all bundled up in a neat 48 hour package.

Things to do in our North Wales holiday parks

If you’re keen on watersports, make a beeline for Abersoch. This popular village is a great place to try something new:

  • Sail
  • Surf
  • Bucket-and-spade action
  • Souvenirs
  • Ice cream
  • Gift shops
  • Portmeirion

Head inland and you’ll soon smell the sweet scent of gorse. The hedgerows round here are crammed with wild flowers. They’re particularly pretty in June, but you’ll find something in flower all year round. If you feel like stretching your legs, pack a rucksack and head up one of the nearby mountains – or garns as they are known round here. Lots are small enough to climb in a morning. Then race back to the beach for some rockpooling.

Lots to explore

Our fourth park is a little further afield. Perched on the northern edge of Wales, Presthaven Sands is all about the beach. Nearly all our caravans for sale at Presthaven are close to the shore. And with rolling hills on one side and a vast stretch of sand on the other, it’s a very pretty park. Go and hunt for birds and insects in the dunes – and keep your eyes peeled for a Natterjack toad. If you can tear yourself away from the beach, visit the medieval fortress at Conwy, or coo over the monkeys at the Welsh Mountain zoo.

Or you might prefer to do… nothing at all. Sit back in a deckchair and watch the children and grandchildren splash about in a happy, safe environment. At all of our North Wales holiday parks we have swimming pools, restaurants and special caravan owners’ facilities. So you can spend day after happy day without going anywhere at all.
