Winter breaks for all the family
A winter break is all about enjoying the UK at a different pace. With fewer crowds, quieter beaches and more room to explore, it's the perfect time to escape everyday routines and spend quality time together. Whether you're planning a romantic coastal getaway, a family adventure or a dog-friendly break, Haven's winter breaks offer a chance to slow down and make the most of the season.
Wander along windswept shores, discover local towns and attractions, or simply enjoy a change of scenery before returning to the comfort of your accommodation. Nine of our incredible Haven parks will be open over the festive period, including Cala Gran (Blackpool), Craig Tara (Scotland), Devon Cliffs (Devon), Hafan y Mor (North Wales), Kent Coast (Kent), Primrose Valley (Yorkshire), Rockley Park (Dorset), Seashore (Norfolk) and Seton Sands (Scotland).
Enjoy more for less
Winter can be one of the best times to enjoy a Haven break. With holidays outside the peak season, you'll find even better value on accommodation, giving you more opportunities to get away and make memories.
Enjoy quieter destinations and fewer crowds compared to peak travel periods, allowing you an affordable and relaxing chance to enjoy a change of scenery.
Cosy accommodation for colder days
When the temperature drops outside, it's important to have somewhere warm and welcoming to return to. Our winter breaks feature comfortable accommodation with central heating and double glazing, creating the perfect base for your off-season getaway. Start the day with a leisurely breakfast, head out to explore the local area, then settle in for a cosy evening together.
From value caravans to spacious lodges, there's accommodation to suit every type of break. Enjoy home comforts, space to relax and the flexibility of self-catering, all while being close to the coast and some of the UK's best-loved holiday destinations. It's everything you need for a comfortable winter escape.
Explore more beyond the park
Winter is a fantastic time to discover the places around our parks. Coastal paths are ideal for long walks with the family or the dog, while nearby towns offer cafes, shops, attractions and plenty of opportunities for a spontaneous day out.
Many of our holiday parks are close to nature reserves, historic landmarks and scenic countryside, giving you plenty of reasons to get outdoors and explore. If you're bringing your four-legged friend, you'll find many dog-friendly beaches, walking routes and local attractions nearby. A Haven winter break lets you experience destinations in a different light.
Make a splash whatever the weather
One of the best things about a Haven winter break is having great facilities on hand whatever the forecast. Many of our parks feature heated indoor swimming pools, making it easy to enjoy family fun even on colder days. Take a dip, let the kids splash about, or simply enjoy having activities close to your accommodation.
Alongside swimming, you'll find places to eat and drink, family entertainment and a range of facilities designed to help you make the most of your time away. So whether winter brings crisp sunshine, sea breezes or a rainy afternoon, you'll have plenty of ways to stay entertained and make memories together.
