This is where part exchange comes in.
We offer part exchange to all holiday homeowners. It’s a hassle-free way of using your existing caravan to offset the cost of your new. It takes the stress away from selling a caravan privately and allows you to exchange installed equipment and take your time to move possessions to your new holiday home. There’s a long list of benefits and positive reasons to part exchange your current caravan. So, how does a caravan part exchange work with Haven?
How does caravan part exchange work with Haven?
Whether you're looking for a caravan with more space, or in need of a change of decor or more modern features, part exchanging may well be the right path to take with your holiday home. At Haven we offer a comprehensive service, so you’ll be supported every step of the way. Like buying a static caravan outright with us, we’ll be alongside you every step of the way. Here’s how it works:
1. Choose your ideal holiday home
At Haven we offer a wide range of caravans and lodges to suit all tastes and budgets, made by some of the top manufacturers in the UK. You may wish to stay on your existing pitch or move to another of our 39 wonderful holiday parks dotted across the UK coast. You just need to speak to a member of our friendly sales team to find out which pitches are available.
2. Agree the cost
Having found your ideal new holiday home, we can then appraise your old caravan and compare the values of the two. You may also be able to use credit from letting your previous caravan to contribute to your down payment.
3. Pay in the manner that suits you
You could pay for your holiday home in full or take our Haven caravan finance that offers a highly competitive 5.71% fixed / 10.6% APR (representative) monthly repayment rate. If you already have finance in place, we can settle the existing loan and offer a new agreement.
4. Leave the paperwork up to us
We’ll settle the finance, move your holiday home and handle everything in between. This whole process should take no more than a few weeks. You’ll have access to your holiday home as soon as it arrives on park. We’ll also organise the sale of your old caravan; it will either be sold on park or to another park at home or abroad!

Let2offset - make no site fee payments until 2031
Let2offset is a contractual lettings product that offers eligible owners a guaranteed letting income at a preferential rate (calculated each year) in exchange for a stipulated number of letting breaks. It also allows eligible owners to pay their site fees and receive their letting income in 12 equal monthly instalments; the monthly site fee amount charged by Haven will be after deduction of the letting income.
‘Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset until 2031’ is available at 33 Haven parks excluding Burnham, Cardigan View, Far Grange, Garreg Wen, Lydstep Beach, Riviere Sands and Seaview. The letting income received will vary by make, model and location. The monthly site fee payment does not include running costs e.g. utilities, rates & insurance.
“Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset until 2031” is applicable to new and existing customer purchases of new Atlas Sahara 3 Bed or equivalent or superior grade holiday home purchases made through Haven where customers have also signed up to Haven’s Let2offset contract. It is not applicable to private sales and cannot be used in conjunction with our free Site Fee promotion. It is available across 40% of eligible Parks and applies when letting a new Atlas Sahara 3 Bed holiday home (or equivalent or superior grade for 15 weeks.
An example of how “Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset until 2031” operates under Let2offset is the purchase of an Atlas Sahara 3 Bed holiday home at Primrose Valley with a monthly site fee of £585.00 (includes purchasing discount of £45) and monthly letting income of £803.67. The monthly difference equates to £218.67, which will be credited to the owner's account. Both letting income and site fees are subject to yearly pricing reviews and the monthly site fee costs and letting income shown in the example are based on 2024 figures.
Modelled assumptions on expected annual site fee and letting income charges over the 7-year lettable life of the Atlas Sahara 3 Bed indicate that under Let2offset it is anticipated that these customers will continue to receive a monthly credit during this period, however, this is not guaranteed. The modelled assumptions are based on the historical performance of Haven over the past 5 years of trading.
