Our fixed letting service gives you a nice round figure on what you’re guaranteed to earn when we accept letting your holiday home for a specific date. The amount is based on history and risk and allows you to budget for your site fees and running costs accordingly. This is a great option if you want to know exactly how much you’ll earn.
Our flexi option sees us play the role of a letting agent, allowing you to earn proportionately from the amount of money we receive from the guest in your holiday home. Our success will be your success, with unrivalled advertising exposure courtesy of us. You’ll reap the rewards from the interest, so it goes without saying that this is a great option for letting during our busiest times of year like summer and bank holidays.
You’ll get a complimentary deep clean
Looking after one home is challenge enough, but managing two separate spaces that you return to frequently is a different ball game, especially when the second is associated with a leisurely time relaxing. When you provide your caravan to let via us, we’ll throw in a free deep clean to make sure it's looking spick and span for our holidaymakers and for you when you return.
We also throw in a complimentary carpet and upholstery wash throughout your letting duration as and when required, making sure that no stone is left unturned in providing the shiniest of spaces for our guests and you, one of our owners.
You’ll have the entire process managed for you
Our terrific team will handle the admin and the paperwork, so you can be sure your holiday home is well looked after. We’ll also take care of the bookings in our caravans to let space, meaning you can focus on the financial perks.
From advertising our holidays, guest payments and arrivals to customer queries and cleaning, we handle everything the guest will need during their stay in your holiday home. You’ll get a £325 bonus
You can let your caravan between 11 March 2022 and 4 November 2022. The format of breaks are either three nights (from Friday-Monday) or four nights (from Monday-Friday).
‘Where does the bonus come in?’ we hear you ask. If you sign up for two breaks in 2022, including six peak dates, you’ll get £325 credit added to your owner account. These dates need to be in the diary before 1 November 2022 in order to qualify for the bonus.
