Site fees and other costs at Caister-on-Sea

Site fees for 2019 will be included in the package price of all our new and pre-owned holiday homes, meaning you’re able to spread the cost within any monthly finance payments. We like to ensure owning a holiday home with us is as affordable as possible, and we let new owners know of all the added running costs from the outset. You’ll know exactly where you stand from the beginning of your buying journey right through to when you collect your keys.

How much will it cost me?

As with owning any home, there are running costs. These include annual site fees, local rates, gas, electricity and insurance. Naturally, these change from year to year, but here’s an idea of what your costs could look like:

What do your site fees cover?

Your site fees cover all your exclusive owners’ perks and events, alongside the right to site your holiday home on our park.

Our park has its own social events calendar which is based around our owners. Some holiday home owners like to be involved in shaping the calendar themselves, and we’re open to hearing your suggestions! Bring the whole family along to our Big Weekends and themed party nights, not to mention our blowout parties that happen 3 times a year – the Welcome Back Party, the Summer Party and the Farewell Party.

On top of these big days, your site fees cover more regular events like our ever-popular Wine Club (there’s a juice-tasting club too!) And the best bit? Your owners’ Privilege Card gives you 15% off in our bars, restaurants and shops, plus pay half-price for all sports and leisure activities. We'll give you 10 Privilege Cards (including your own) to share with your nearest and dearest, so you can spread the savings around to multiply the fun.

Other things are included in your site fees too, like grass cutting and general park upkeep. You’ll find full details for your park during your VIP visit.
