Let2own is a contractual lettings product that offers eligible owners a guaranteed letting income at a preferential rate (calculated each year) in exchange for a stipulated number of letting breaks. It also allows eligible owners to pay their site fees and receive their letting income in 12 equal monthly instalments; the monthly site fee amount charged by Haven will be after deduction of the letting income.   

Let2own no site fees payment until 2030 is available at Blue Dolphin, Berwick, Caister-on-Sea, Cala Gran, Combe Haven, Craig Tara, Devon Cliffs, Golden Sands, Haggerston Castle, Hafan y Mor, Kiln Park, Littlesea, The Orchards, Presthaven, Perran Sands, Primrose Valley, Seashore, Wild Duck and Skegness. The letting income received will vary by make, model and location. The monthly site fee payment does not include running costs e.g. utilities, rates & insurance.     “Make no site fee payments when using Let2own until 2030” is applicable to new customer purchases of new Atlas Chorus 3 Bed or equivalent or superior gradeholiday home purchases made through Haven where customers have also signed up to Haven’s Let2own contract. It is not applicable to part-exchanges or private sales and cannot be used in conjunction with our free Site Fee promotion.  It is available across 40% of eligible Parks and applies when letting a new Atlas Chorus 3 Bed holiday home for 15 weeks.  

An example of how “Make no site fee payments when using Let2own until 2030” operates under Let2own is the purchase of an Atlas Chorus 3 Bed holiday home at Primrose Valley with a monthly site fee of £642.50 and monthly letting income of £759.25.  The monthly difference equates to £116.75, which will be credited to the owner's account.  Both letting income and site fees are subject to yearly pricing reviews and the monthly site fee costs and letting income shown in the example are based on 2023 figures.    

Modelled assumptions on expected annual site fee and letting income charges over the 7-year lettable life of the Atlas Chorus 3 Bed indicate that under Let2own it is anticipated that these customers will continue to receive a monthly credit during this period, however, this is not guaranteed.  The modelled assumptions are based on the historical performance of Haven over the past 5 years of trading.

Buy with finance and use Let2own - own from £469 per month

It’s simple, when you sign up to Let2own you commit to letting your new holiday home for 15 weeks in the year - 8 of which are off-peak**. You may then pay your site fees and receive your letting income in 12 equal monthly payments. The monthly site fee amount charged by Haven will be after deduction of the letting income. T&Cs apply.

10% deposit required. Subject to availability. Owners that are financing the purchase of their holiday home through one of Haven’s finance providers and that are accepted on to the Let2own service will pay the monthly finance cost to their finance provider and their site fee payment to Haven. 

The £469 is based on an average from price across 25% of eligible parks under Let2own. An example of how the cost is broken down between site fee payment and finance payment is based on a per month price of £469.67 derived from the purchase of a £28,995 Atlas Cove 2020, located at Reighton Sands and is comprised of the ^monthly finance payment of £434.82 to purchase the Holiday Home (paid to the finance provider) and monthly site fee payment of £416.67 (paid to Haven), less the deduction of the monthly earned letting income of £336.83 and monthly discount for purchasing with Haven of £45.00. The holiday home price and letting income received will vary by make, model and location. The monthly site fee payment does not include running costs e.g. utilities, rates & insurance, and add-ons requested at point of sale. 

^Representative finance example for the holiday home £28,995, less deposit of £2,899.50, gives a loan amount of £26,095.50. 84 x monthly payments of £434.83. Total charge for credit £10,430.37. Total amount payable £39,425.37 which includes the deposit amount. The interest rate is 5.71% fixed. 10.6% APR (representative). The holiday home price in this representative finance example does not include 2023 site fees, running costs and add-ons requested at the point of sale. Subject to status and availability.

What are the requirements for Let2own?

Our friendly park team will take you through the details and calculate potential income based on the caravan(s) you're interested in during a park visit, but here's a summary of the main requirements of Let2own:

  • 15 weeks (8 off peak – non school holidays, 4 peak school holidays, 3 super peak – summer school holidays**

  • It's for new customers only

  • Letting ability dependent on age and condition of holiday home

  • The holiday home you purchase needs to be less than seven years old from the date of manufacture

  • You are committed at the start of the year/sign up to provide the number of weeks promised^

  • You can “opt in” at the end of each season. If you choose not to, you won’t be able to rejoin Let2own

**This will be adjusted in year 1 depending on the point of the year you handover.

^You are then able to change one date for another if given 6 weeks notice.

The income varies by park, date, pitch and caravan model. Our on-park Letting team can advise you on what income may be generated by different holiday home models.

Let2own is a brand-new proposition which has been launched to support new owners with managing the running costs of ownership. 

The first year costs will be charged on a pro-rata basis.

We commit to buying letting weeks from you at a preferential rate, so this a yearly contractual commitment.

The commitment from you is to provide 15 letting weeks (pro-rata), this is split across three seasons: Off Peak, Peak and Super Peak. Within those seasons you can chose what weeks to sell to Haven.

Yes, you can amend you weeks 6 weeks prior to arrival. Any changes need to be like for like, e.g., if you want to change a week in peak it needs to be replaced with another like for like week within the same season.

Yes, the minimum is 15 weeks, however, should you want to sell more to Haven you can. Any additional weeks will be subject to availability. If you agree to more than 15 weeks this is a contractual commitment for the season.
