  • You can also book tables whilst on holiday and there is no need to book outdoor dining, simply turn up and we’ll do our best to get you seated

  • Take a look at our fantastic food and drink offers to see what's available in our restaurants during your visit.

View our FAQs on booking tables in our restaurants, including how to cancel.

Please note: We are able to seat up to eight guests to a table on our booking system. If you are a larger party, please book a table of eight to start with and then contact the park directly to add more people.

*You can pre-book tables at haven.com/experience.

Takeaways

  • For those that want a break from cooking, you can order a tasty takeaway on the Haven Serve app*

5 tips for a smooth arrival

1. Before you start your journey, use the My Haven app* or log in to haven.com/experience to view and save your personalised map to navigate to your holiday home on park. You'll find all the information you need about your holiday here thanks to our now paperless arrivals process, so download the app to access the park guide, holiday home guide and to book activities and dining experiences.

2. You can arrive up to 2 hours before your chosen or designated accommodation check-in time, but no earlier than 11am (if you have been allocated an 12pm-1pm accommodation check-in time, you can only arrive 1 hour before this time)

If you arrive early, you'll have access to use the restaurants, arcades, shops and have free roam of outdoor spaces on their parks. Please note: your accommodation can only be accessed at your designated arrival time. If you've booked a Haven break, you can pick up your Play Passes from inside your accommodation at your designated arrival time, or handed to you at the gate on arrival.

3. Stay in your vehicle when you get to the park entrance and check-in with the "Welcome Team". Our commitment to sustainability means you will no longer need a hanger displayed in your car, so if you need to come and go in your vehicle you'll only need to show your passes or keys to staff.

4. When you get to your holiday home it will be sealed – break the seal and you will find your keys inside.

5. Get settled in, take a good look around and rate the cleanliness of your holiday home on the My Haven Experience app* or via haven.com/experience

Please note: Please do not arrive any earlier than two hours before your chosen or allocated accommodation check-in time (reminder: 12pm-1pm check-in can only arrive 1 hour before their accommodation check-in time), as you may be asked to leave the park and return during your allocated time slot in order to help keep other guests safe and secure.

*The My Haven Experience app is available to download on via Google Play or App Store.

Choose Your Holiday Home

Choose Your Holiday Home gives you the option to pick your location and exact holiday home on park, before you arrive, from £30*.

It is available for the majority of Haven guests, however we're unfortunately unable to offer it on the following bookings:

  • 7-night bookings arriving on a Saturday

  • A booking of more than 7-nights

  • 3rd Party bookings

  • Groups

View your options by logging in to My Account, click on 'see details' and if your break qualifies for Choose Your Holiday Home, it will be listed in 'extras for you'. All that's left to do is to click to choose and book the van of your choice.

Our Caravan Cleanliness Guarantee

Should you enter your caravan and find it not cleaned to the high levels that we expect then please make contact with a member of our park team.

View details of our Caravan Cleanliness Guarantee.

Please note: if the seal on your caravan is broken when you arrive, please do not enter and contact a member of the park team immediately who will be able to assist you.

Check out

On the day of departure we ask that all our guests leave their holiday homes by 10am and drop their keys to their accommodation into the buckets provided on the way out. We want guests to be able to make the most of their time away with us and you are welcome to use the facilities on your departure day.

Barbecues

  • Charcoal barbecues in a fireproof container are acceptable to use, but must be used adjacent to your holiday home and not directly on the ground or decking

  • Brick built barbecues are not permitted

  • For your safety and that of others around you, no fires are to be lit on the park

RNLI water safety

At Haven, we're proud to be partnered with the RNLI. Many of the 238 lifeboat stations around the UK are right next to our parks, meaning their crews are on standby should any of our guests ever find themselves struggling out at sea. Please take a look at how to keep safe on the beach and in the water.

Health and safety

We have outlined advice and information to keep you safe and secure during your stay. Please take a moment to read our health and safety guide.
