We have just got back from a 4 night stay! We had the best time! All the staff are lovely! Shoutout too Daisy, Lois and Sophie! Who made my child’s holiday being amazing! She hasn’t stopped speaking about you all! So many lovely food choices and entertainment experiences she particularly loved make your own bear!

Just got back after a 7 night stay, we had a gold plus caravan in the sea view village part of the park. Couldn't fault the stay at all. Myself my partner and 4 children aged 6-16 stayed and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Site was clean and tidy, caravan was lovely and clean and had a little park right outside which saw a lot of activity from our children and others. Pool was nice and the arcade saw visits every night. Shop was always stocked and staff on site were a joy. Would definitely come back even possibly this year kn August.

Fantastic!! We travel in a van so anything is more comfortable and spaceful than that. We loved it. Comfortable bed, nice heating system, affordable, the only problem is it’s very difficult to get a good wifi signal inside, luckily we brought starlink with us. The caravan was clean just don’t forget to bring your own soap, kitchen towel, sponge, toilet paper , bathroom towel etc. It’s huge inside but nice and quiet where we were located.

It’s just ok for me, we arrived Friday evening around 8pm it was busy on arrival and the security were working flat out giving everyone there keys. The caravan we were given was awful, right down the back which wasn’t easy to find, we went in and it was looking out on to an overgrown grass verge, it smelt horrible and we flushed the chain and we could smell sewage. I also have mobility issues and I asked on the phone how far it was from the car park and was told not far, well it was ridiculously far. So I go back to receptionist it’s now closed and it’s down to security to now deal with everything. Big shout out to Joel and Joe who were literally having to deal with everything letting people in and out, people were queuing down the road because they also have to deal with customer complaints, guys that didn’t fit, caravan problems etc. Anyway they find me another caravan after a bit of a moan, I walk in and it smells so bad of body odour (sweat!!) but no other option so we take it. The light in the bathroom didn’t work (no maintenance available after 8pm) so had to wait until the next morning for that to be fixed. It had been cleaned but not a good clean as it was grubby. I took bleach and cleaning stuff with me and cleaned it myself I had to buy air freshener on site as the smell of someone else’s sweat was disgusting!! Also a massive phone signal problem on the park and no WiFi available in any of the caravans which in this day and age is ridiculous and you are seriously missing a trick not having it. There is free WiFi in the clubhouse and surrounding area. Daytime activities are expensive but we done them, considering how much they cost staff were friendly enough but not very interactive or engaging with the kids. Swimming pool was ok not much to do at all it’s literally just a pool so very boring the slide is outdoors which is ok when the weather is good but one of the days it poured with rain all day and was cold and windy so not ideal queuing for a slide!! The changing rooms however were disgusting, rubbish everywhere, literally mud and dirt from people’s shoes (no shoe protectors available) you had a lot of staff but why after everyone has booked in for there session are they not cleaning the changing areas and toilets!! I rushed over to the clubhouse to play the bingo I got there at 5.02pm they told me it was closed and closed at 5pm, very frustrating after I spoke with the entertainment team earlier in the day and asked about the bingo and wasn’t told it shut at 5pm!! They then proceeded to talk and give us the rules the bingo didn’t start until 5.23pm so they could have sold me some bingo books!! All in all I won’t be rushing back, when you consider what a lot of the other haven parks now offer this is quite far behind in terms of food offering, and facilities etc.

A clean and pleasant stay, for a long weekend with two young children (a pre-schooler and a toddler). However, I would say that the site is suited to older children as while there were mini ‘parks’ dotted around the site, not a lot of the facilities were suitable for both my children at their young age. A notable shoutout to the security guards who were all the warmest and most welcoming of any member of staff we encountered, namely one gentleman who was mainly manning the front gate! The caravan was clean and had a beautiful view. The pool was rather uninspiring, but maybe that’s down to personal opinion, with expectations too high. I would just have expected something more than just a pool. Without an abundance of funds to book all activities, I would say a week would be on the long side to keep children entertained.
