We're proud to point out that Caister was the UK's first-ever holiday park. It's been serving up satisfying seaside fun for over a hundred years. We still think it's pretty special here. That's at least partly down to having a really close community that owners love. 

Nowadays, we've made sure that everything's bang up to date – keeping it one of our most popular parks. We've got all kinds of new-fangled favourites, like Aqua Gliders and Archery Coaching. And our super-shiny indoor and outdoor pools with bags of activities. Meanwhile, miles and miles of golden beach await you at the bottom of the park, while historic Caister village is just a short stroll away, with its Saxon shore fort and castle full of classic cars.

It's been serving up simple seaside fun since it first opened in 1906! Even more so in 2020, as we're bringing you some fantastic new developments. Work up a serious appetite making your way around all the activities in our brand-new Adventure Village - opening in 2020. For owners, we have regular parties throughout the year as well as other events we organise, like our Wine Club. As well as the cost of the holiday home, you will also need to pay for your running costs at the time of purchase, and choose the best payment method to cover your site fees

Annual running costs include site fees, rates, water, gas, electricity and insurance. These change from year to year, but we've used our experience to come up with estimates so you can get an idea.
