Fun Passes, Activity Bundles and day passes

Fun Passes
Fun Passes allow you access to our entertainment complex. With these you can use the pools, participate in the kids' activities, and use the leisure and entertainment facilities - which includes our bars, restaurants, and some sports and leisure activities. Some activities are subject to an additional cost. Fun Passes are included in the total cost of your holiday when you book directly with us, either on our website or through our contact centre, and when you book through a travel agent. But don't forget, if you are one of our promotional customers, you can add your Fun Passes on My Haven Holiday when you amend your optional extras. You will be given a Fun Pass for each guest listed on your booking. If you have booked your holiday privately with an owner, you will need to purchase a Fun Pass to access all of the facilities - you can do this by calling the park direct on 01634 270385.
Activity Bundles
If you enjoy doing lots of activities and planning your holiday before you arrive, then our Activity Bundle is just the thing for you.
When you buy an Activity Bundle, you get a bundle of either 10 or 20 passes that you can redeem online before you get here against a whole range of activities. Remember, should you need them; you can always book and pay for any extra activities when you're on the park.

If you have already booked a holiday and wish to take advantage of this great offer please go to www.haven.com and log into 'My Account'. Once you have logged into your account click on 'view current holiday bookings', select your booking and click on 'add optional extras'. If we still have Activity Bundles available, you can select either a 10 or 20 bundle depending on your preference. Activity Bundles must be purchased at least 7 days before your holiday arrival date. And with our online booking system open up until midnight the day before you arrive, you can book your activities last minute, subject to availability.

After you have made your booking and purchased your Activity Bundle, simply visit www.myhavenholiday.com where you can see all of the activities and times available to book. Some activities may require more than one pass. Activities do vary by park.

Don't worry if you don't buy your Activity Bundle before you get on holiday - you can still buy your activities on park on a pay-as-you-go basis, subject to availability

How can I book activities before I arrive?

Once you’ve booked your holiday and bought your Activity Bundle online, simply visit My Haven Holiday where you can see all of the activities and times available to book. Our Sports and Leisure online booking system will be available from 1 January 2018.

Day Passes
Day passes are available at some of our parks and allow entrance in to the park to use the facilities. The price for each park varies and only a limited number of passes are available on the days that day passes are available. Please contact the park you would like to visit to find out about cost and availability.

Park Terrain:
Some areas of the park are wheelchair friendly, a few areas are slightly hilly.
Will There Be An Iron Available In My Accommodation:
No, but irons are available to hire
Can guests bring their own BBQ:
Yes you can – we love a BBQ. But for safety, please keep barbecues away from the caravan holiday homes, and use a non-disposable barbecue.
Garden furniture:
Patio sets are available for hire and include a table and four chairs (subject to availability).
Most breeds of dogs are allowed. Please make sure the dogs are kept on a lead at all times, and don’t find their way into any facilities (with exception of guide dogs). Please clean up after your dog – we have bins all around the park especially for this.
Direct beach access:
The park has a small sandy beach on the Thames Estuary. The nearest other beach is Margate.

Cash machine on site?
Our cash machines can be found by the Live Lounge door and also in the Huffkin of Hoo. Cashback is also available in our Mini Market and all bar areas (minimum spend applies).

How to get here

By car
Take junction 2 off the M25 towards Canterbury and take the A2 (Rochester). From the A2 take the A289 Gillingham/ Grain turn off, and then take the A228 turn off to Grain. Follow the A228 and Allhallows is signposted from there.

If programming your SAT NAV device, please use postcode: ME3 9QD. This will guide you directly to Allhallows where you will be able to follow the signs for directions to the park. You can also use Google Maps for a door to door.
By train
The nearest train and bus station is in Strood which is about 7 miles from the park. To plan your train journey to and from Allhallows, please search using the official National Rail Enquiries online planner and timetable. Alternatively, call National Rail Enquiries helpline on 0345 748 4950.
By coach
Haven has negotiated a 10% discount with National Express, please call 0871 781 8181 for details to plan your journey by coach. Open 7 days a week 8am - 8pm. Payment can be made by credit or debit card - please allow 4 working days for tickets to arrive. Drop Off points must be checked with National Express.

Up to £60 extra for a maximum of 2 pets for up to a weeks stay. We've reserved a number of our Standard, Deluxe and Prestige caravan holiday homes if you would like to bring your pet with you (a maximum of 2 pets are accepted, we reserve the right to refuse certain breeds). Pets are not permitted at Riviere Sands, Burnham-on-Sea or Lydstep Beach.

Freshwater fishing on park - Tench, Carp, Bream & Rudd. Additional charge to fish. N.R.A.L. licence is required to fish, this can be purchased from the Post Office. There is NO disabled access to the lake. Also beach casting onto the Estuary during high tides is allowed. Fishing is available from 9am-6pm.

Park terrain

Allhallows is fairly flat and suitable for wheelchair users. Riverview, Riverside and Estuary View are the most suitable areas for guests with walking difficulties. Requests can be made at the time of booking however this is not guaranteed.
