If you own a static caravan, touring caravan, or even a motorhome, then you can part exchange it to a holiday home at any of our 38 parks. It'll be a stress-free move, with an exciting new lifestyle ahead. And being one of the UK's leading holiday and holiday home ownership providers, you'll benefit from excellent facilities and a wide range of activities.

Move your caravan
You can choose to move your caravan from anywhere in the mainland UK to any of our 8 participating parks; Church Farm, Craig Tara, Far Grange, Haggerston Castle, Presthaven, Seton Sands, The Orchards and Reighton Sands*. We'll even pay for the transportation and connection of your caravan†.Your caravan will have to be no more than 7 years old**. And unlike many other caravan operators who require you to change your caravan every 5-10 years, Haven owners can enjoy their holiday home for as long as they like. The only thing we ask is that you pay your annual site fees and ongoing costs.

†Transportation and connection of your caravan is free when moving from a mainland UK holiday park to a Haven park. Offer excludes moving a caravan from Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands.
**Caravan must be no more than 7 years old. Proof of caravan age must be provided. Subject to an assessment of the current condition of your caravan to ensure that it is fit for transportation and would withstand the journey from your current holiday park to the Haven park chosen. Recent photographs and a specification of your caravan will be required in order for an evaluation to be made. Your caravan has to have been sited on an existing caravan holiday park for at least the last 3 months and you must have been the registered owner for it during this period.
Facilities vary by park, see individual park pages for further information. Offer does not include the transportation of any verandas or decking. Parks cannot be used as a permanent residence. Offer is subject to availability and may be amended at anytime without notice.
