Presthaven Beach Resort

The Touring Wardens are outstanding and a real credit to Haven. They sorted a small issue quickly and efficiently, and their friendly approach made our stay much more relaxed and enjoyable. The shower block was sparkling clean throughout our visit, and all the staff were respectful, helpful, and considerate towards campers. A great experience overall — thank you to the team.

We booked quite late and only managed to get a bronze room, even though it was close to the facilities it was a very rough stay. Caravan smelt old and musky like nobody had stayed there for years, Floors were sandy, we had no bedding for the pull out bed. We wasnt aware about towels as they have been provided where ever we have stayed. We had to go shopping for bedding and towels. Entertainment was great kids loved it.

First time in Wales and at a Haven site but both are beautiful. This site is massive with a good strip of beach along side it. With a Lighthouse In Talacre next door. Big sand dunes too to walk along. We stayed in a silver van, dog friendly & and it was clean, everything in it what we needed. The shop is over priced but Prestatyn is very close to get bits we need and takeout too. The pubs are priced reasonably and serve food with different offers. We visited Rhyl, Llandudno and the Duke of Lancaster ship. We nipped to Mynydd Mostyn Dairy farm which has fresh milk, milkshake, cheese and pastries all freshly made there. With a feeding station for there goats, sheep, ponies cows. For a week family holiday we did alot and wasn't over priced. Would recommend 👌

Really enjoyed our 4 nights here. After visiting a few years ago I was worried it wouldn’t be good but it was such a lovely holiday. Our caravan (87 Bryn View) was spotless. It was in a quiet area and the end of the park. My mum who doesn’t walk far and my 2 year old managed to walk from the caravan to the complex and back easily. Arcades, swimming, play park, Mash and barrel, shop & cooks fish and chips were all great. The shop can be a little pricey compared to off site shops but it was good for essentials (milk/bread). We took advantage of offers when eating on site (fish/chips/peas deal & kids eat for £1). The area around if beautiful and there are so many places to visit off site. Will be coming back again.

It's half term holidays. It's packed. Only one entertainment venue open which is well oversubscribed if you don't get in by 5pm you will not get a table till late on, the entertainment stops at 10. They close the bar in the adjacent room and no entertainment in there after a bit of bingo. I hope your shareholders see the fact that customers could not get in the main room so they went in to the adjacent room saw it was empty with no bar open so left. I saw over 30 people leave because of this in about 15 mins. Imagine how you could have fleeced them if that bar was open. Waited 40 mins for a 30 minute pizza and garlic bread. (baring in mind there was no queue) Only to find they burnt the garlic bread. Christ alive how do you have 40 minute time slot to cook a garlic bread only to burn the hell out of it. Full refund but still got the pizza. Burger king closed too. Candy floss machines broken. Faulty arcade machines. I could go on and on. £6.25 a pint. For the love of God do not eat in the Mash and Barrel googles rating of 2.4 tells you everything you need to know about that food hell hole. Apparently lots of things are closed for maintainance and cleaning. Well the fact there were glass bottles in the crazy golf, fox crap everywhere, floors that you stick to, I will call bullcrap on that. Half of the pool closed. Nearly all the outdoor snacks and drinks venues are shut (one noodle shop open) Opened the app to book activities 5 minutes after receiving the link to find that almost everything has been booked up by people who stayed for 2 weeks and arrived a week before us as they had access to the app a week before. So please take note if you are here for only a week then the chances of you booking any half decent activity is slim to none, in fact you will struggle to even book the ones that are not half decent. Oh and by the way the big sign to hang from the rear view mirror is big enough to seriously obstruct your view enough to actually fail an MOT. (No joke). You have had all winter to sort this place out and it's a disgrace. Managers just let the poor minimum wage staff take all the flack. They must be some of the most deplorable hate to know people because this to me feels like they are doing the absolute minimum for profit and an easy life for themselves. If it wasn't then it would be sorted out by now. - update on Thursday. Look at the pictures attached, honestly nothing is open the facilities here are a disgrace.....
