Stayed for 3 nights on the touring site. The touring site is very small and compact. The pitch was fairly level, but everyone seemed too close and on top of each other. There's no touring reception on the touring site. Every so often a Haven van will fly round at ridiculous speed, but there's no wardens or anyone properly patrolling or actually monitoring. Our pitch was littered with cigarettes and other rubbish. The motorhome next to us opened their waste tap and emptied their tank at 10am before they left. I feel that if it was properly patrolled, these issues would have been picked up on. The dog walk was lovely, the best I've seen on any site. The touring site is a 90 second walk from the pool and main complex. The dog friendly section of the pub was a real let down, the tables and the chairs were so filthy and the table was so sticky my bag stuck to it, we decided to leave without even ordering. The pool is great and the arcade is quite big. Didn't see the chip shop open at all while we were there. The Papa Johns is a trailer outside, very expensive and slow service but the pizza was quite nice. The shop is very well stocked and the staff in the shop are really friendly and helpful. The tractor train to the beach is good fun.

When I booked this site I wasn't expecting much, for Easter holidays it was so cheap, £220 for 4 nights for 6 of us. When looking to book activities through Haven there wasn't alot of choice, but can I just say once I arrived we had an AMAZING time. If your looking for a quieter caravan site in the Scarborough area but still with Haven this is the one. It has a beautiful beach with a tractor ride up and down the hill, my kids LOVED it. It is a very steap hill and I wouldn't advise taking anything with wheels down like my kids attempted to do 🙈. The caravan was fabulous for a silver, witj a lovely decking area, caravan was clean with no complaints. We were very happy with the accomodation and we were close to the complex. The park on the beer garden was canny, and was enclosed enough to keep an eye on the kids. The staff however in the bar serving food didn't cope well under pressure and let it show. Security were fab, took their time to get to know us and the kids and made us feel safe should anything occur. The footgolf was a fab activity and the gentleman working there was really friendly and great with the kids. Swimming pool isn't the biggest but it was never too busy to feel like you needed to get out. Changing rooms clean, some lockers were broken and got stuck but staff knew how to resolve. I was really impressed with this site once I arrived. Next time I will get a Tesco delivery as the click and collect is quite a way out into Scarborough, but overall it's a fab quiet location. Filey is a worth a visit if you're wanting a look out.

Lovely holiday park near Filey Facilities include pool, bar sports area, arcade, restaurant. supermarket, and on site chippy The caravan was modern and verv livable I booked a silver caravan that included a veranda, central heating, en suite bathroom in main bedroom, washing machine and dishwasher If this is a Silver van im assuming the gold must be like a palace. I was super happy with this holiday park. It was just what the doctor ordered Location 4/5 Depending what your looking for the location might be a little oo remote for some. There is c ous stop inside the arounds but f vour lookina tor the seaside attractions I would recommend naving transport. lf you're looking for holiday home for peace and quiet, kids entertainment and tc go no further than the beach this s perfect for you The beach is at the bottom of the cliff, you can either walk down or use the tractor train that does regular return trips (free of charge) Cleanliness 5/5 The caravan we stayed in was immaculate. (You'll see from previous reviews of other park operators ive visited in last few years this is not the norm, This level of cleaning was very much the case across the whole park. I regularly witnessed staff detail cleaning tables and chairs in the show bar and restaurant/ pub, Sleep Quality 5/5 Comfortable bed, Quiet at night Good nights sleep Restaurant and bars 4/5 Food was a good standard. very tasty and reasonable price to pay, especially considering usually pay extra on a holiday resort. The bar is light and fresh There's a good choice of drinks at a reasonable price too, Pool 4/5 Nice pool with a lazy river that flows outside. Only open for part of the day and need to book your time slot There are other facilities available but I didn't use them so can not comment on these. would definitely recommend this site and very likey to return

We've just returned from a lovely Monday to Friday stay at your amazing holiday park. We stayed in a stunning gold caravan/lodge on Pine Ridge. It's the first time we've stayed in a gold grade accomodation, and it's well worth the upgrade. It was very clean, with a stunning modern interior, and a nice touch with the beds made up and rolled towels..Our boys loved it too. Really wide and spacious. The sea and cliff views were amazing. We didn't want to leave, and have had a lovely week, visiting Filey, and the on site beach, and the surrounding coast line, sightseeing and shopping. The hot weather has been so nice for chilling and relaxing..The only negative, was the greeting we got on arrival at the hut, from an elderly gentleman ,who was grumpy, unhelpful, and had a very unfriendly tone to his voice..You don't want that when you arrive from travelling, excited to start your holiday..He was sat on his chair with his tablet and couldn't find our booking at first, till we told him where we were located from our haven phone app..This reflects on you and the park. We book 3 holidays a year with yourselves , to various parks around the country, and we have done so for over a decade now..My partner and i both said to each other as we drove away with our map, to find our accomodation that we'd never had a greeting like that before, Your staff are normally, very friendly and professional, you need to sort this out, as this has stopped me posting 5 stars, but Thank you Haven for a lovely holiday, and we'll be booking again with yourselves very soon. .

First time visiting Filey and a Haven site. Wasnt expecting much for the price we paid and we were massively pleased with our stay. The grounds were immaculate, the caravan was gorgeous and the staff were extremely friendly. Literally doorstep access to a beautiful beach (endless fun for pebble and fossil hunting) the hill is STEEP but there was always a tractor and trailer available for assistance. If your a bird lover I'd advise to get some wild bird food, you will have regular visits from mainly gulls, crows, jackdaws, rooks, ducks plus more.
