Three of the best beaches in Yorkshire
1. Filey Beach
The lovely sands at Filey Beach are close to three of our holiday parks: Blue Dolphin, Primrose Valley and Reighton Sands. It's a vast beach, which makes space for numerous sand- and water-based activities like kite flying, horse-riding and paddle boarding.
2. North Landing Beach
You'll feel like you're worlds away at this Flamborough-based beach. Expect a steep walk down, which is more than rewarded with a beautiful sand and pebble beach. Nearby caves and rockpools might tempt intrepid explorers, or you can just sit back and enjoy watching the boats - and sometime seals - go by.
3. Scarborough Beach
It would be impossible not to mention Scarborough Beach here - it's a great spot for family fun, with an array of traditional seaside attractions, cafes and shops to explore. And explore you should: there are gems like the coastal Scarborough Castle to discover.
