Site fees and running costs

As well as the cost of the holiday home, you will also need to pay for your running costs at the time of purchase, and choose the best payment method to cover your site fees

Annual running costs include site fees, rates, water, gas, electricity and insurance. These change from year to year, but we've used our experience to come up with estimates so you can get an idea.

Fancy a change?

Part exchange your caravan

You can part exchange your caravan at Combe Haven. Your caravan will have to be no more than 7 years old**. And unlike many other caravan operators who require you to change your caravan every 5-10 years, Haven owners can enjoy their holiday home for as long as they like. The only thing we ask is that you pay your annual site fees and ongoing costs.

*£4,000 towards your 2020 site fees for a new holiday home and £2,000 for a pre-owned holiday home is available at Allhallows, Blue Dolphin, Church Farm, Combe Haven, Devon Cliffs, Haggerston Castle, Littlesea, Marton Mere, The Orchards, Perran Sands, Quay West, Reighton Sands, Rockley Park, Thorpe Park, Wild Duck and Weymouth Bay. £3,000 towards your 2020 site fees for a new holiday home and £1,500 for a pre-owned holiday home is available at Burnham-on-Sea, Craig Tara, Doniford Bay, Golden Sands, Hopton, Lakeland, Presthaven, Primrose Valley, Seton Sands, Greenacres, Cardigan View, Garreg Wen, Hafan y Môr, Berwick, Caister-on-Sea, Kiln Park, Lydstep Beach, Penally Court, Seashore and Thornwick Bay. This offer is not available at Cala Gran. Valid on all new customer sales made between Thursday 20 February and Friday 31 July 2020 and to have been completed by Sunday 30 August 2020. Subject to availability. Offer amount and availability is park specific. Voucher will be applied to the new customer account to contribute towards 2020 site fees. There is no cash alternative. Maximum contribution on a new 10ft caravan is £1,000. Excludes used 10ft caravans. Where the site fee contribution is higher than the annual site fee for the chosen pitch, only the annual site fee amount will be contributed. Holiday home must be purchased direct through Bourne Leisure. Offer excludes all Haven part exchanges, including from one Haven park to another, and private sales. Cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion. Can be withdrawn at any time without notice. Park cannot be used as a permanent residence.
