Fun Passes are included in the cost of your holiday when booking directly with us. These give you access to the entertainment complex, swimming pools and sports and leisure facilities. If you have booked your holiday privately with an owner, you will need to purchase a Fun Pass to access all of the facilities - the owner you are letting from can arrange this for you.

What size is the park?

Medium.

Is there a cash machine?

There is one cash point in reception at Seaview. There are two at Weymouth Bay; one opposite reception and the other in the Mini Market.

Is there free WiFi on park?

FREE WiFi is available in the complex.

Is there Sky TV?

Available in the restaurant.

Can I take my dog?

Most breeds of dogs are allowed apart from the following: Pit Bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro & Japanese Tosa.  Please make sure that dogs are kept on leads at all times, and don't find their way into any facilities (with the exception of guide dogs). They are also allowed at the back of the complex area, this can be accessed by a gate and opened on request. Dogs are allowed on the Nature Reserve but must be kept on a lead. Please clean up after your dog – we have bins all around the park especially for this.

Can we bring a BBQ?

Yes you can – we love a BBQ. But for safety, please keep barbecues away from the caravan holiday homes, and use a non-disposable barbecue.

Is the park wheelchair friendly?

Complex facilities and the surrounding area are wheelchair friendly but the park terrain is not so well suited for the disabled.

Can I get on to the beach from the park?

Bowleaze Cove is 10-15 minutes walk from the park.

Can I hire baby/toddler equipment?

Yes subject to availability we have cots and highchairs available. These can be pre-booked by logging in to your account. Cots £12 per 6-8 nights or £7 per 5 nights or less. Please note, our travel cots are designed to fit in the main living area only and not in any of the bedrooms. High chair £12 per 6-8 nights or £7 per 5 nights or less.

What do I need to bring with me?

Washing up items, towels, toilet rolls (1 provided), toiletries, your personal holiday belongings. You may also want to bring an iron. Anything you forget to bring, we have shops and services on park for all your needs.

Are utilities included?

Gas, electricity and hot water is included although may incur an extra charge if you have booked a newspaper promotional holiday.

£24 per holiday home for 6-9 nights or £16 per holiday home for 5 nights or less.
