Our static caravan site fees cover all park maintenance, landscaping, security and your use of park facilities. We always let new owners know all the added running costs right from the start, that way you'll know exactly where you stand before you sign on the dotted line.
To help you on your way, we are throwing in this year's site fees for free^, plus, join our Simply Letting service to offset next years costs^^
A look at the numbers
As well as the cost of the holiday home, you will also need to pay for your running costs at the time of purchase, and choose the best payment method to cover your site fees.
Annual running costs include site fees, rates, water, gas, electricity and insurance. These change from year to year, but we've used our experience to come up with estimates so you can get an idea.

We're proud to say that our parks have achieved NCC Approved status which is a scheme launched by The National Caravan Council to make sure we give the highest quality of service and treatment to you, our guests.
The key benefits of choosing to buy from an NCC Approved park are that we will:
^Full site fees will be covered for the 2020 season, site fees payable for 2021 and onwards. These may differ from the fees quoted for 2020. No cash alternative offered. Offer is available at all parks. Offer valid on new customer sales made between 28 June and 31 August 2020, and to have completed by 30 September 2020.

Holiday home must be purchased direct through Bourne Leisure. Site fee offer excludes Haven part exchanges, including from one Haven park to another, and private sales. Cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion and can be withdrawn at any time without notice.
