Tots love a Haven holiday! And across our family-friendly parks we’re always ready to welcome your under-fives for their next big adventure. With our tot-friendly mascots, The Seaside Squad, on-hand to dance, sing and entertain, and with lots of tot-tastic activities including our Activitots sports sessions and Make a Bear, you’ll find plenty for your little one to do at every park.
You’ll also find brilliant value-for money deals like our Kids Eat for £1 offer, and you can hire extras like highchairs, bed guards, travel cots and pushchairs at most parks (this varies by location, so please check in advance).

Blackpool: Cala Gran
One of our smaller parks (which still packs a big punch!), Cala Gran is a great size for little legs to explore. Its indoor pool and outdoor splash park are a focal point for kids here, providing plenty of laughs!
Cala Gran’s roomy arcade is also home to a small soft play, and there are good-sized outdoor play parks on hand too. For outdoorsy kids and curious kids, our Ranger station is the place to be: book ahead and join in a bug hunt or enjoy Wild Music Tots.
Cornwall: Riviere Sands
Spend your days making sandcastles and hunting for fossils on Riviere Sands' award-winning beach: you can't get better than that!
Located near Hayle, this Cornish park is a thrilling spot for tots, thanks to its outdoor play area overlooking the gorgeous coastline, its inviting indoor and outdoor pools, as well as brilliant things to do from meeting the Seaside Squad to getting creative in our crafty sessions or trying the Mini Aerial Adventure.
Devon: Devon Cliffs
For a first family holiday that ticks all the boxes, Devon Cliffs is a big contender. Located just steps from the sandy beach, it's the ideal spot for making sandcastles and feeling the sea lap at your toes.
This park has plenty to offer toddlers, thanks to its outdoor pools and indoor pool with multi-lane slide; its indoor soft play; outdoor play areas and brilliant kid-friendly activities including the Mini Aerial Adventure and Make a Bear.
Dorset: Rockley Park
Rockley Park near Poole is a lovely spot for tots. Its indoor pool boasts fun splash features, and they’ll love a dip in the outdoor pool too. There are an impressive four outdoor play areas on-park too, making it a great choice for energetic toddlers and preschoolers.
There’s an adjoining beach you can easily access from the park, and some great nature activities led by our Haven Rangers.
Essex: Orchards
Kids will love the indoor and outdoor pool options at Orchards Holiday Village in Essex - and you can even watch the outdoor pool action while you dine on the restaurant terrace.
Tots have plenty of opportunity to play here, thanks to a choice of outdoor play areas which are free to use. And because it's never too early, you could even teach little ones how to fish in our lake!
Kent: Kent Coast
With an incredible Adventure Village and Outdoor Stage, a state-of-the-art entertainment venue, an inviting pool and a fantastic outdoor play area and sandpit - your little one won't know what to enjoy first at Kent Coast!
Set by the Thames estuary beach, it's also a great spot for enjoying the fresh air and even spotting a crab or two.
The Lake District: Lakeland
Even the youngest family members can appreciate the beauty of The Lake District during a stay at Lakeland! You can even stroll along the sea wall and enjoy views over Morecambe Bay.
You'll find plenty for tots to do in the main complex area here, with a colourful crazy golf course, a Mini Aerial Adventure, indoor and outdoor pool and kart hire. You might even spot the Seaside Squad performing in the lovely Marina Bar and Stage!
Lincolnshire: Skegness
There's a lot for tots (and their parents!) to love at our Skegness Holiday Park. Newly refurbished in 2023, it's full of new and exciting holiday fun. Kids will love interacting with the Seaside Squad with a character breakfast in The Richmond Arms, during shows in the Marina Bar and Stage, or even on the Outdoor Stage.
Parents will love having all the amenities close at hand thanks to Skegness' Piazza area, as well as its close proximity to Skegness town and its sandy beaches.

Norfolk: Seashore
You can stroll straight from Seashore Holiday Park onto the sandy beaches of Great Yarmouth! Perfect for a spontaneous beach day.
On the park, you’ll find the brilliant Shore Water Park, which is full of splashing good fun for every family member. Is your little one practising their cycling skills? Seashore is one of our flatter parks with quiet roads making it a fab place to learn to ride a bike.
Northumberland: Haggerston Castle
Haggerston Castle Holiday Park is an impressive sight and certainly our only park with a castle tower in the grounds! This is one of the best holiday parks for toddlers and babies thanks to the family arcade and soft play which is perfect for little ones. We know that a flat park and quiet roads are great for helping kids when learning to ride a bike, and Haggerston provides the perfect conditions for kids to gain confidence on two wheels.
And when the kids are ready for an adventure off dry land, Haggerston’s magnificent lakes are the perfect spot to explore by Pedalo, or they can go on a Mini Aerial Adventure.
North Wales: Hafan y Môr
Hafan y Mor is one of our biggest Haven parks, and its truly a tots’ playground! With two entertainment venues (double the Seaside Squad spotting opportunities!), a soft play area and three arcades, tots will be kept thoroughly entertained.
You’ll also find an outdoor Adventure Village here, with Mini Aerial Adventure and dragon-boat Pedalos, and one of the best outdoor play areas of the lot, complete with sandpit. In Hafan y Mor’s Splashaway Bay water park, the shallow tots’ pool provides plenty of fun splash features and has a tot-friendly slide too.
Scotland: Craig Tara
Located on the rugged Ayrshire coast, Craig Tara provides caravan holidays that are perfect for toddlers, babies, and adults alike. You’ll find one of our activity-filled Adventure Villages here complete with Mini Aerial Adventure low ropes for kids 2+, an inviting soft play area and even crazy golf. What’s more, it’s all indoors, so the kids can play come rain or shine!
At Craig Tara’s epic Splashaway Bay water park, you’ll find a dedicated tots pool with interactive splash features and a little slide. Perfect for those early swimming adventures!
Somerset: Burnham on Sea
Adventure awaits your toddler around every corner at Burnham-on-Sea! Whether your little one fancies discovering the lake by pedalo, splashing about in the indoor or outdoor pools here, or just enjoying the exciting outdoor play areas - they'll certainly never be bored.
Catch a glimpse of the Seaside Squad inside Burnham's entertainment venue, or even on the brilliant Outdoor Stage during nice weather.
South Wales: Kiln Park
Kiln Park, located near Tenby in South Wales, has an envious position along the stunning Pembrokeshire National Park coastal path. And guess what? It’s great for tots too!
You’ll find indoor and outdoor pools here, both with exciting splash features toddlers will love. There’s also a brilliant FunWorks arcade, a family-friendly Crazy Golf course, and a generously-sized outdoor play park. And kids will love all that’s on offer in Kiln Park’s Creative Studio, from Sand Bottle Creations to Make a Bear.
Sussex: Church Farm
Set alongside the picturesque Pagham Lagoon, Church Farm is a lovely park to explore with outdoorsy tots. Spot wildlife on your walks and explore the shingle beach in ths (often) sunny part of the country.
You'll also find thrilling indoor and outdoor pools to splash around in, and brilliant indoor and outdoor play areas for little ones to run off some energy.
Yorkshire: Primrose Valley
Primrose Valley is located near Filey and as our largest park in Yorkshire, it's packed with things for the whole family to enjoy. There’s the heated indoor pools – one simple, the other full of splash features – an outdoor pool and direct access to a sandy beach for your convenience.
Also great for under-fives are the Mini Aerial Adventure low ropes, lake Pedalos, Boat Adventures and all of the fun in the Creative Studios.

Let2offset - make no site fee payments for 7 years
Let2offset is a contractual lettings product that offers eligible owners a guaranteed letting income at a preferential rate (calculated each year) in exchange for a stipulated number of letting breaks.
