This 18th-century house is a National Trust site today and becoming a member gets you free entry to one of the finest pieces of heritage in Deovn. The local city of Exeter offers an array of different shopping and dining opportunities. The Fore Street area has plenty of local independent shops to browse before heading to Princesshay or Guildhall for one of many restaurants and bars to enjoy in the evening.
We are lucky at Devon Cliffs to be located in a beautiful part of the country, close to plenty of areas of natural beauty. Our local town, Exmouth, has plenty for tots including Ocean which has a large soft play area, and the Queen's Drive Space outdoor play areas and also accessible by the number 95 bus that comes onto park.
The local beach, Exmouth, has areas which allow dogs all year. Enjoy the stunning views on a brief 25/30 mins walk from park via the cliff path (part of the South West Coast Path) along to Exmouth before heading back to take in the sunset at South Beach Café. We are also close to Woodbury Common, a Site of Special Scientific Interest, where dogs are allowed off the lead all year round and which offers stunning views of the surrounding area.

Let2offset is a contractual lettings product that offers eligible owners a guaranteed preferential letting income (re-calculated each year) in exchange for a stipulated number and type of letting breaks (i.e. off peak, peak) as set out in the application documents for each year.
