Fun Passes, Activity Bundles and day passes

Fun Passes
Fun Passes allow you access to our entertainment complex. With these you can use the pools, participate in the kids' activities, and use the leisure and entertainment facilities - which includes our bars, restaurants, and some sports and leisure activities. Some activities are subject to an additional cost. Fun Passes are included in the total cost of your holiday when you book directly with us, either on our website or through our contact centre, and when you book through a travel agent. But don't forget, if you are one of our promotional customers, you can add your Fun Passes on My Haven Holiday when you amend your optional extras. You will be given a Fun Pass for each guest listed on your booking. If you have booked your holiday privately with an owner, you will need to purchase a Fun Pass to access all of the facilities when you arrive on the park.
Activity Bundles
If you enjoy doing lots of activities and planning your holiday before you arrive, then our Activity Bundle is just the thing for you.
When you buy an Activity Bundle, you get a bundle of either 12 or 24 passes that you can redeem online before you get here against a whole range of activities. Remember, should you need them; you can always book and pay for any extra activities when you're on the park.

If you have already booked a holiday and wish to take advantage of this great offer please click My Account. Once you have logged into your account click on 'view current holiday bookings', select your booking and click on 'add optional extras'. If we still have Activity Bundles available, you can select either a 12 or 24 bundle depending on your preference. Activity Bundles must be purchased at least 7 days before your holiday arrival date. And with our online booking system open up until midnight the day before you arrive, you can book your activities last minute, subject to availability.

After you have made your booking and purchased your Activity Bundle, simply visit www.myhavenholiday.com where you can see all of the activities and times available to book. Some activities may require more than one pass; you can see a full list here. Activities do vary by park.

Don't worry if you don't buy your Activity Bundle before you get on holiday - you can still buy your activities on park on a pay-as-you-go basis, subject to availability

Day Passes
Day passes are available at some of our parks and allow entrance in to the park to use the facilities. Blue Dolphin offer Day Passes to those who are visiting friends or family staying on the park only. These cost £10 per adult and £5 per child, per day. These can be purchased on the day from reception.

When you arrive head to the touring reception. This is located at the entrance to the touring area which is separate from the main holiday park. Our friendly welcome hosts will be waiting to welcome you to Blue Dolphin, and provide your pitch and welcome pack.
Late check outs:
Don’t want to rush of home? Ask our friendly team about the late stays that we have available, from as little as £6 you can stay and enjoy your pitch till 2pm.

Park Terrain:
The park is mainly flat, flattest areas are Ash Close, The Willows, and Birch Side Villages.
Will there be an iron available in my accommodation:
No, but irons are available to hire
Can guests bring their own BBQ:
Yes you can – we love a BBQ. But for safety, please keep barbecues away from the caravan holiday homes, and use a non-disposable barbecue.
Garden Furniture:
Not available
Dogs:
Most breeds of dogs are allowed. Please make sure that dogs are kept on leads at all times, and don’t find their way into any facilities (with the exception of guide dogs). We have dedicated dog walking areas along the clifftops and are welcome in the external area of the Brigg House Bar Restaurant. Please clean up after your dog – we have bins all around the park especially for this.

There are three cash machines at Blue Dolphin, the can be found in the convenience store, Funworks Complex foyer and The Brigghouse bar and restaurant. These are all free withdrawal. Cashback is also available in our Mini Market and all bar areas (minimum spend applies).

How to get here

By car
The park lies directly on the A165 between Scarborough and Filey. The Park is situated approximately 2 miles North of Filey.

If programming your SAT NAV device, please use Postcode: YO14 9PU. This will guide you directly to Blue Dolphin where you will be able to follow the signs for directions to the park. You can also use Google Maps for a door to door route planner.
By train
The nearest train and bus station is located in Filey, which is about 2 miles from the Park. To plan your train journey to and from Blue Dolphin, please search using the official National Rail Enquiries online planner and timetable. Alternatively, call National Rail Enquiries Helpline on 0845 748 4950.
By bus
There is a bus service that will bring guests straight to Blue Dolphin from the train/bus station in Filey.
By coach
Haven has negotiated a 10% discount with National Express, Please call 0871 781 8181 for details to plan your journey by coach. Open 7 days a week 8am - 8pm. Payment can be made by credit or debit card - please allow 4 working days for tickets to arrive. Drop off points must be checked with National Express.

We've reserved a number of our Standard, Deluxe and Prestige caravan holiday homes if you would like to bring your pet with you (a maximum of 2 pets are accepted, we reserve the right to refuse certain breeds). Pets are not permitted at Riviere Sands, Burnham-on-Sea or Lydstep Beach.

Park Terrain:

The park is mainly flat with a few hilly areas. Touring and Camping is mainly on a slope. Ash Close, The Willows and Birch Side are the most suitable areas for wheelchair users and guests with walking difficulties. Requests can be made at the time of the booking, however cannot be guaranteed.

Yes. There is a hoist available at the swimming pool as well as a lift up to pool reception and disabled changing room. Wheelchair hire is available from Scarborough mobility, they can be contacted on 01723 377515 and deliver to the site.
