It's still packed with all your Haven faves – like heated indoor and outdoor pools with loads of splish-splashy things to do, and all the archery and crazy golf you can handle. But with forest trails and secret wooded clearings to explore, you might want to hire some bikes and set out to see what you can find. Our holiday homes are scattered throughout the trees, making every stay here a chance to relax under the stars.
Despite its location, the facilities are far from rustic. We've just finished refurbishing our indoor pool; adding some fun new water features, a multi-lane slide and updating the children's pool. The bar and restaurant have also had a makeover. As an owner, you can always retreat to the exclusive Merry Mallard Owners' Lounge. Finally, it's just a short drive to the coast. You can still get the full bucket and spade experience, with the golden sand of Gorleston only 4 miles away. Or for bright lights, pier-end fun and candy floss, nip to Great Yarmouth. Pre-owned static caravan prices start from £16,995 – and we can offer help with finance.

As well as the cost of the holiday home, you will also need to pay for your running costs at the time of purchase, and choose the best payment method to cover your site fees
Annual running costs include site fees, rates, water, gas, electricity and insurance. These change from year to year, but we've used our experience to come up with estimates so you can get an idea.

Fancy a change?
You can part exchange or choose to move your caravan from anywhere in the mainland UK to this park.
Your caravan will have to be no more than 7 years old**. And unlike many other caravan operators who require you to change your caravan every 5-10 years, Haven owners can enjoy their holiday home for as long as they like. The only thing we ask is that you pay your annual site fees and ongoing costs.
We're proud to say that our parks have achieved NCC Approved status which is a scheme launched by The National Caravan Council to make sure we give the highest quality of service and treatment to you, our guests.
The key benefits of choosing to buy from an NCC Approved park are that we will:

This offer is not available at Cala Gran. Valid on all new customer sales made between Thursday 20 February and Friday 31 July 2020 and to have been completed by Sunday 30 August 2020. Subject to availability. Offer amount and availability is park specific. Voucher will be applied to the new customer account to contribute towards 2020 site fees. There is no cash alternative. Maximum contribution on a new 10ft caravan is £1,000. Excludes used 10ft caravans.
