Weekend breaks in Kent

Start planning your Great British break

A weekend break in Kent could be just the ticket if you’re looking to escape the hustle and bustle and breath in the fresh air. With wonderful towns and villages to explore, plenty of cultural hot spots like the cathedrals of Rochester and Canterbury, and of course, plenty of greenery to admire (it is the Garden of England after all!). Book a weekend break at our Kent Coast park and you’ll have a comfortable base close to the sea and with views of the Thames Estuary.

Three things to do on a weekend in Kent

    1. Visit Allhallows Beach

The town of Allhallows, where our Kent Coast Holiday Park is located, is home to a sandy beach that’s ideal for walks, or essential sandcastle building! You’ll also take in great views over the Thames Estuary.

    Explore Rochester

A short drive from Kent Coast is the town of Rochester, home to Rochester Castle, Cathedral and the Guildhall Museum. Top up your culture on a day trip here, best combined with a trip to one of its many gastropubs.

    3. Meet the animals

…at The Fenn Bell Conservation project. This small Medway zoo rescues its animals, from lemurs to meerkats and foxes, and you can even take part in special encounters and zookeeper experiences.
