Fun Passes, Activity Bundles and day passes

Fun Passes
Fun Passes allow you access to our entertainment complex. With these you can use the pools, participate in the kids' activities, and use the leisure and entertainment facilities - which includes our bars, restaurants, and some sports and leisure activities. Some activities are subject to an additional cost. Fun Passes are included in the total cost of your holiday when you book directly with us, either on our website or through our contact centre, and when you book through a travel agent. But don't forget, if you are one of our promotional customers, you can add your Fun Passes on My Haven Holiday when you amend your optional extras. You will be given a Fun Pass for each guest listed on your booking. If you have booked your holiday privately with an owner, you will need to purchase a Fun Pass to access all of the facilities - you can do this by calling the park direct on 01736 752132.
Activity Bundles
If you enjoy doing lots of activities and planning your holiday before you arrive, then our Activity Bundle is just the thing for you.
When you buy an Activity Bundle, you get a bundle of either 12 or 24 passes that you can redeem online before you get here against a whole range of activities. Remember, should you need them; you can always book and pay for any extra activities when you're on the park.

If you have already booked a holiday and wish to take advantage of this great offer please click My Account. Once you have logged into your account click on 'view current holiday bookings', select your booking and click on 'add optional extras'. If we still have Activity Bundles available, you can select either a 12 or 24 bundle depending on your preference. Activity Bundles must be purchased at least 7 days before your holiday arrival date. And with our online booking system open up until midnight the day before you arrive, you can book your activities last minute, subject to availability.

After you have made your booking and purchased your Activity Bundle, simply visit www.myhavenholiday.com where you can see all of the activities and times available to book. Some activities may require more than one pass; you can see a full list here. Activities do vary by park.

Don't worry if you don't buy your Activity Bundle before you get on holiday - you can still buy your activities on park on a pay-as-you-go basis, subject to availability

Please note that Activity Bundles are not available yet for 2018. You can book your holiday and add Activity Bundles at a later date.
Day passes
Day passes are available at some of our parks and allow entrance in to the park to use the facilities. The price for each park varies and only a limited number of passes are available on the days that day passes are available. Please contact the park you would like to visit to find out about cost and availability.

The majority of the park is reasonably flat. There is a slight decline from front to rear of park.
Will there be an iron available in my accommodation:
No, but token operated irons are available in the Launderette
Can guests bring their own BBQ:
Yes you can – we love a BBQ. But for safety, please keep barbecues away from the caravan holiday homes, and use a non-disposable barbecue.
Garden furniture:
Garden furniture is available to hire (subject to availability).
Dogs:
No dogs allowed on park

Is there WiFi on park?
We now have instant high-speed WiFi available. You can log in to use WiFi for free, or you can buy a SuperFast WiFi package for you and your family to use during your break.

The WiFi signal is available throughout the park and in your holiday home at Riviere Sands. Just click on Haven WiFi and the website will pop up. Login with your email address to access the network.

Essentials - for checking your email or browsing social media

Our free WiFi Essentials package enables allows you one day's access, which is suitable for checking your email or browsing social media to share all your holiday photos on one device, per email login.

Superfast - for checking your email, browsing social media and streaming your favourite TV shows

Superfast WiFi lets you download 5GB of data, per email login, each day across four devices.

For each day you buy Superfast WiFi you'll get 24 hours' worth of access, after which you'll need to login again. Superfast WiFi is suitable for checking your email, browsing social media and streaming your favourite TV shows.

Our cash machine can be found in the main complex. Cashback is also available in our Mini Market and all bar areas (minimum spend applies).

How to get here

By car

Take the A30 towards Redruth and then Hayle. Follow signs into Hayle and cross the double mini roundabout. Turn right opposite the Petrol Station towards Towans and beaches. Riviere Sands holiday park is one mile up the road on the right.

If programming your SAT NAV device, please use Postcode: TR27 5AX. This will guide you directly to Riviere Sands where you will be able to follow the signs to the park. You can also use Google maps for a door to door route planner.

By train

The nearest train station is located in Hayle, which is about 1.5 miles away. Some trains stop at St Erth, which is 3 miles from the park. To plan your train journey to and from Riviere Sands, please search using the official National Rail Enquiries online planner and timetable. Alternatively, call National Rail Enquiries helpline on 0845 748 4950.

By coach

Haven has negotiated a 10% discount with National Express, Please call 0871 781 8181 for details to plan your journey by coach. Open 7 days a week 8am - 8pm. Payment can be made by credit or debit card - please allow 4 working days for tickets to arrive. Drop off points must be checked with National Express.

Wheelchair friendly:
Yes, however some parts of our park may be a little more challenging. Please note, you cannot currently enter reception or the fish and chip shop in a wheelchair, but we are more than happy to assist anyone with difficulties. The Live Lounge is on the first floor. There is no lift access to this facility through the main entrance, but there is easier access via the back door.
