With 38 self-catering holiday parks around the great British coastline and more than four decades of experience meeting the needs of families with disabled children, you'll be spoilt for choice. Haven parks can offer you and your family either an active or relaxing a break – whichever you need. We constantly update park facilities, and our advisors are always on hand to talk through your family’s needs.
Please note that if you receive a grant for a Haven family break, your holiday needs to be booked within nine months of issue but your date of travel can be after the nine-month expiry date.

How to book?
Give us a call on 0333 202 5423 or email familyfund@haven.com. Our dedicated contact centre advisors are fully trained to discuss every aspect of your holiday, from grades of accommodation and accessibility of each grade, to general information on the park and local area.
Can I book my Haven break with my local travel agent?
Your grant award can only be booked by contacting us on 0333 202 5423.
What happens if I don't spend the entire grant in one go?
We can keep any grant in your account for you to use later, towards another holiday if it's used within nine months of you receiving it. Any funds in the account after nine months will be returned to the Family Fund
Can I use the money to pay for two short breaks rather than a long break?
Yes. Your plans are entirely up to you, however both breaks need to be booked within the 9 months of your grant.
What happens if the holiday costs more than the grant?
If the cost of the break you have selected is more than the value of this grant, you will need to pay the difference.
Who can use the grant?
The amount of your grant has been confirmed to you by Family Fund. To book a holiday, the main carer and the child that you applied for must be included in the booking. Of course, you may bring along other family members and/or carers on holiday with you.
What if I have a special request?
Just give us a call and we will try our best to accommodate you.
What can I expect from a Haven Holiday?
No one gets bored on a Haven Holiday. You can splash around in our heated pools and water slides, try your hand at something new in our sports venues, or perhaps you'd like to go out and explore the local surroundings. We have activities every day and entertainment every night, plus there's always making sandcastles on the beach. Most people in the UK are only a two or three hour drive from one of our coastal parks. So, you can choose one of our 38 parks and enjoy the British seaside at its best.
What accommodation will we stay in?
No two families are the same, that's why we give you such a wide choice of caravans, apartments and chalets. We also offer a range of adapted and fully accessible caravan holiday homes. And if you prefer to come touring or camping, or want to try our pre-assembled tents, these options are available too. 17 of our parks offer superb touring and camping areas.
What food options are on offer?
We have options for every taste and budget as well as shops and takeaways. If you choose to eat in, we've got everything you need to cook up your own tasty meals in the comfort of your holiday home. This includes convenience stores packed with useful ingredients and even some quality local produce. Alternatively, we have a variety of takeaway stores at our parks which you could sample. And as you are on holiday, why not let us do the cooking and washing up for you? You can always pop in to one of our bar and restaurants. You'll find our menus packed with healthy, good value dishes.
