Yorkshire

Yorkshire

Not only is Yorkshire the biggest region in the UK, it’s also one of the best regions for a dog-friendly caravan holiday. Home to some of the country’s biggest cities, finest hills and most captivating coastline, you’ll be hard pushed to find an area with more variety. Our parks are on top of some of the county’s best beaches and we particularly recommend the dog-friendly Reighton Sands Caravan Park on the border of the Flamborough Headland Heritage Coast which is perfect for a walk.

Sussex

Sussex

Known for its warm South Coast weather, Sussex is a great option for a dog-friendly caravan holiday in the sun. Take your four-legged friend for a stroll along the dunes of Camber Sands or Hastings Pier, with a fresh sea breeze sure to refresh you both. Further inland, East Head Nature Reserve is a great option for a walk if you choose to stay with us at Church Farm. Similarly, the beautiful Combe Valley Countryside Park is a stone’s throw from Combe Haven meaning whatever backdrop you fancy, we’ve got your accommodation covered either way.

North Wales

North Wales is home to one of Haven’s biggest parks, Hafan y Môr, which, much like Golden Sands, is also a dog heaven thanks to the Bark Yard obstacle course located on-site. Step out of the park and you’ll find even more to enjoy together as the epic landscapes of the region are alive with action and adventure. There can be no better region for a dog-friendly caravan holiday than Snowdonia, a jaw-dropping natural playground of valleys and mountains. Head to the coast and you’ll find an array of secret bays and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty which provide opportunities for some of the most scenic walkies your canine companion is ever likely to experience.

Lincolnshire

Lincolnshire

When it comes to the best locations for a dog-friendly caravan holiday, the first Haven park that comes to mind is Lincolnshire’s Golden Sands. At Golden Sands, the pooch facilities are second to none, equipped with a Bark Yard obstacle course, your dog doesn’t even need to leave the park to be entertained. Golden Sands is also surrounded by pooch-perfect places to visit, from the Lincolnshire Wolds with its Rolling hills, hidden valleys and gentle streams to Mablethorpe Beach, a nearby paradise with a Blue Flag Award to its name.
