We're proud and excited to support the Government's Great British Summer Savings campaign, so your family can enjoy more value for less, at our Haven parks. If you've already booked a break or are planning to book a break during the Great British Summer Savings promotional window, we will automatically add Haven activities credit to the value of £7.50 for every child in your booking.

What is the Great British Summer Savings campaign?
To help support families this summer, the Government have launched Great British Summer Savings: a scheme to help families enjoy eligible activities for less money through a temporary VAT cut.
When are Haven's Summer Savings available?
The lead booker will be allocated Haven Summer Savings activities credit if they:
1) Booked a Haven break with children added to their party.
2) Will be staying on park during the Haven Summer Savings window for any duration, commencing on or after 25 June and ending on or before 1 September.
Booked a break or planning to book through Haven and will be arriving and departing within the campaign period?
When booking a break with the Haven package through haven.com, we'll automatically apply £7.50 in on-park activity credits, per child, to your Haven account. You'll be able to use these credits across any activity that the park has scheduled to run during your break. The credit will be applied on the checkout screen after selecting your activities. To book an activity please log in to your account here or head to the activities booking area on the My Haven App.
Important note: all activities credit must be used in a single checkout basket transaction - any unspent credit cannot be used on further activity booking purchases.
Booked/booking a break through a Haven holiday home owner and will be arriving and departing within the campaign period?
If you've privately rented (or are planning to rent) a holiday home through a Haven owner and the owner has registered all children in your party, we'll apply £7.50 in on-park activity credits, per child, to your Haven account. You'll be able to use these credits across any activity that the park has scheduled to run during your break. The credit will be applied on the checkout screen after selecting your activities. To book an activity please log in to your account here or head to the activities booking area on the My Haven App.

Information for Haven owners
All Haven owners will receive £15 activities credit to use within the campaign window. More information about how to redeem the activity credits will be shared via email later this month.

Terms and conditions
Haven Summer Savings Terms and Conditions – Guests with children aged 16 and under
The £7.50 per child digital activities credit entitles the holder ("Guest") to a monetary discount on their activities booking(s) at Haven, which may be applied towards the cost of children's activities booked during their stay.
Eligibility
The credit is valid only for activity bookings made by the lead booker
The per child activities credit is applied based on number of children (under 16 years) registered at time of booking and can only be redeemed online via the activities booking area on the My Haven App
Amendments to add / increase the number of children to the original holiday booking after the time of booking is not permitted.
Guest bookings with children aged 16 and 17 can also access a per child credit of £7.50 but this will need to be done on park, via a member of the Activities Team at an Activities Hub.
The credit must be used in a single activities checkout transaction and cannot be transferred or carried over to a later transaction. The credit applies exclusively to activities booked as part of the Haven booking package.
Guests are allocated the credit if they are on park during the Haven Summer Savings window for any amount of time: park stay commencing on or after 25th June and ending on or before 1st September.
3. Application of Credit
Guests who have booked a break through Haven.com during the eligible campaign period will automatically receive the activities credit to use in the My Haven app
Guests who have privately let a holiday home through a Haven owner will be contacted by Haven in early July 2026 with more information about when the activities credit will be available to use
The activities credit will be deducted from the total basket value of the activities booking at checkout.
The credits can be used across any activity that the park has scheduled
Credit will be automatically applied to the basket at checkout up to the total amount assigned to the guest booking.
Guests will need to pay any extra if the total basket amount exceeds the total amount of assigned credit.
Should the total basket amount be less than the total amount of assigned credit, the remaining amount of credit will be lost and will no longer be available to the Guest to use in future bookings.
4. Expiry Date
The activities credit is valid for holidays with both an arrival and a departure date between 25 June until 1 September 2026 inclusive
Expired credits cannot be used, and no refunds will be issued.
5. Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable
The activities credit is strictly non-transferable and cannot be used by anyone but the lead booker for the benefit of children in their party.
Unused credit cannot be refunded in cash or credited to future bookings.
Any remaining balance from the voucher credit will be forfeited.
The activities credit cannot be exchanged for cash or a physical monetary voucher.
6. Booking Restrictions
The activities credit cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
Haven reserves the right to exclude certain activities from this offer.
Standard Haven activity booking terms and conditions apply to all bookings using this credit.
7. Changes to Booking
If a Guest cancels an activity, rather than editing and moving to an alternate session or different activity, then any Summer Savings credit associated with the original booking will be lost.
Haven’s standard cancellation policy still applies to all activity bookings.
8. General Terms
Haven reserves the right to withdraw or modify this offer at any time.
These terms are governed by Haven's standard booking terms and conditions.

The £15 digital activities credit entitles the Owner to a monetary discount on their activities booking(s) at Haven, which may be applied towards the cost of children's activities booked on park.
