What's new for 2025 at Haven Kent Coast Holiday Park
Haven Kent Coast Holiday Park near Rochester in Kent has been attracting millions of pounds in investment to boost its facilities. We've seen a state-of-the-art Marina Bar and Stage entertainment venue, an all-action Adventure Village, Arcade, Creative Studio and Papa Johns pizza launched at the park - scroll down to find out more.

New additions for 2025
J D Wetherspoon
Following on from the hugely successful launch of Haven's first on-park J D Wetherspoon pub at Yorkshire's Primrose Valley, we're incredibly excited to have now opened Kent's first holiday park-based J D Wetherspoon pub, The London Stone. Expect all the choice and great value J D Wetherspoon are known for in a brand-new venue.
Papa Johns
We love a bit of Papa Johns pizza at Haven - and so do our holidaymakers! The Papa Johns at Kent Coast has been relocated and expanded to make way for more guests and orders. And you know what that means: even. more. PIZZA!
Yacht Club
Making the most of those beautiful views over the Thames estuary, with large windows bringing in plenty of light, plus a large outdoor terrace which looks directly out onto the beach, our dog-friendly second venue, Yacht Club, is a great place to relax and watch the sunset.
Creative Studio
A hub for all of the many hands-on activities available, Kent Coast's own Creative Studio is the place to go for all of your pottery creations, Make a Bear and everything else crafty.
Arcade
It's not a Haven holiday without a visit to the arcade, and now Kent Coast's is even bigger and even more inviting than before, thanks to a recent makeover. We think the arcade was ready for a change. Speaking of which, don't forget those 2ps!

The Dinosaur Detectives face their toughest assignment yet: solving the case of the stolen Dinosaur Egg! Can you help them solve the mystery? Get ready to meet some prehistoric friends along the way in this interactive show.
Spy Detectives
Join Agent H as they investigate the case of mastermind criminal Robin Banks. Using your Spy Detectives Kit, you'll become a top secret agent by solving a series of clues and challenges to uncover the stolen loot. And you can take your very own Spy Kit home to practice your detective skills! (Fee applies)

Totsy Time Adventure
These themed entertainment sessions are especially for pre-schoolers to enjoy, complete with crafts, play, and even some Makaton to help early years communication.
Dizzy's Day on the Farm
Dizzy and Farmer Thyme are preparing for the annual Scarecrow competition. Dizzy is new to farming and isn't getting things quite right but with the help of Trev the Tractor and her new little farmer friends (that's you!), she might just win after all.
Entertainment for grown ups
Belt it Out
A music gameshow for everyone to get involved with: it's karaoke but with a twist! No need to be shy, the room will be singing with you!

Linked Bingo

Adventure Village
There's countless reasons to visit the Adventure Village, but why not start with Mini Aerial Adventure low ropes, or Aerial Adventure high ropes? Then work your way through the Climbing Wall, The Jump, Bark Yard for dogs, or relax with entertainment on the outdoor stage, or treat yourself at the outdoor bar and Seaside Treats.

Let2offset - make no site fee payments until 2032
Let2offset is a contractual lettings product that offers eligible owners a guaranteed letting income at a preferential rate (calculated each year) in exchange for a stipulated number of letting breaks. It also allows eligible owners to pay their site fees and receive their letting income in 12 equal monthly instalments; the monthly site fee amount charged by Haven will be after deduction of the letting income.
‘Make no site fee payments until 2032 when using Let2offset’ is available at 33 Haven parks excluding Burnham, Cardigan View, Far Grange, Garreg Wen, Lydstep Beach, Riviere Sands and Seaview. The letting income received will vary by make, model and location. The monthly site fee payment does not include running costs e.g. utilities, rates & insurance.
“Make no site fee payments until 2032 when using Let2offset” is applicable to new and existing customer purchases of new Victory Ashberry 3 Bed or equivalent grade holiday home purchases made through Haven where customers have also signed up to Haven’s Let2offset contract. It is not applicable to private sales and cannot be used in conjunction with our free Site Fee promotion. An example of how “Make no site fee payments until 2032 when using Let2offset” operates under Let2offset is the purchase of a Victory Ashberry 3 Bed holiday home at Seton Sands with a monthly site fee of £667.08 (includes purchasing discount of £17.08) and monthly letting income of £673.17. The monthly difference equates to £23.17, which will be credited to the owner's account. Both letting income and site fees are subject to yearly pricing reviews and inflation. The monthly site fee costs and letting income shown in the example are based on 2025 figures. Modelled assumptions on expected annual site fee and letting income charges over the 7-year lettable life of the Victory Ashberry 3 Bed indicate that under Let2offset it is anticipated that these customers will continue to receive a monthly credit during this period, however, this is not guaranteed. The modelled assumptions are based on the historical performance of Haven over the past 5 years of trading as of 2024. Images are shown for representational purposes.
