Call the Midwife Official Location Tour (Chatham Dockyard)
When: Selected dates Mar–Oct 2026 (TBC)
Where: The Historic Dockyard, Chatham ME4 4TY
Nearest park: Kent Coast (10 miles from park, 25-minute drive)
Walk the cobbled streets of “Poplar” with a costumed guide and see filming spots, props and behind-the-scenes photos from the hit BBC series. The 90-minute tour is gently paced and includes time to explore the wider Dockyard, so there’s loads for all ages. Tours typically run on set days in season, so booking ahead is a must. It’s a lovely spring day out under an hour from Kent Coast.

Easter Adventures at Leeds Castle (Family Trails & Activities)
When: Easter weekend, 5–6 Apr 2026 (TBC)
Where: Leeds Castle, Maidstone ME17 1PL
Nearest park: Kent Coast (26.5 miles from park, 38-minute drive)
Egg-hunts, trails and spring colours around the moat make Easter at Leeds Castle a winner. Expect relaxed family fun you can dip in and out of, plus play areas and birds of prey demos to round off the day. Dates are tied to the Easter weekend, so check the event listing closer to the time and pre-book if needed. From Kent Coast, you can be parked up and exploring in well under an hour.

Rochester Sweeps Festival
When: Early May Bank Holiday weekend (4 May 2026; exact festival dates TBC)
Where: High Street, Rochester ME1 (central)
Nearest park: Kent Coast (10.5 miles from park, 30-minute drive)
Morris dancing, parades, live music and loads of street entertainment bring Rochester to life every May. It’s noisy, colourful, and brilliant for kids who love dressing up or dancing along. The festival traditionally lands over the Early May Bank Holiday, so pencil it in and watch Medway’s listings for confirmed dates. Grab snacks from stalls and wander the castle gardens between performances.

Battle of Britain Air Show, Headcorn Aerodrome
When: 27–28 Jun 2026
Where: Headcorn Aerodrome, Ashford TN27 9HX
Nearest park: Kent Coast (35 miles from park, one-hour drive)
Spitfires, Hurricanes and stunning formation displays roar over the Weald at this family-friendly weekend. On the ground, there are flightline walks, vintage vehicles, re-enactors and plenty of food options. Bring ear defenders for little ones and arrive early for easier parking and prime viewing spots. Headcorn is comfortably within an hour’s drive from Kent Coast, and the atmosphere is brilliant even if you’re not an aviation buff.

Kent County Show (Detling Showground)
When: 3–5 Jul 2026
Where: Kent Showground, Detling, Maidstone ME14 3JF
Nearest park: Kent Coast (30 miles from park, 40-minute drive)
Animals, big machines, crafts, local food and a full schedule of arena displays – the county show is a summer classic. It’s easy to dip in for a few hours with kids (petting areas and tractors are always a hit), or spend the whole day exploring the halls and rings. Pre-book to save time at the gates and check the daily timetables for your must-see acts.

Herne Bay Classic Motor Show
When: Fri 28 Aug 2026
Where: Central Parade, Herne Bay CT6 5JG
Nearest park: Kent Coast (48 miles from park, one-hour drive)
Hundreds of shiny classics line the seafront with live music and stalls adding to the holiday vibe. It’s free to browse, easy to pair with fish-and-chips and a paddle, and there’s level promenade walking for buggies. Arrive early for the best parking and take a picnic for the beach. From Kent Coast you’ll be by the water in under an hour if you set off after breakfast.

Faversham Hop Festival
When: Early Sep 2026 (TBC; traditionally late Aug/early Sep)
Where: Faversham town centre (use ME13 8PW for central parking)
Nearest park: Kent Coast (35 miles from park, 50-minute drive)
Live music on multiple stages, Morris dancing, parades and plenty of Kentish food and drink – this free street festival celebrates the county’s hop-picking heritage. It’s super family-friendly, with entertainment dotted around the medieval town. Trains run into Faversham, but if you’re driving from Kent Coast, follow event signage to designated car parks and stroll in from there. Keep an eye on the official site for confirmation of the 2026 event.
October
Canterbury Festival (Kent’s International Arts Festival)
When: Mid-Oct to early Nov 2026 (TBC)
Where: Various venues, Canterbury (city centre CT1)
Nearest park: Kent Coast (45 miles from park, 55-minute drive)
Two packed weeks of music, comedy, talks, circus, family shows and more take over historic venues across Canterbury. It’s the perfect autumn treat if you fancy a cosy evening performance after a day out. The 2025 edition runs 17 Oct–1 Nov, so expect a similar window in 2026 – book headline acts early as they sell fast.

Let2offset - make no site fee payments until 2032
Let2offset is a contractual lettings product that offers eligible owners a guaranteed letting income at a preferential rate (calculated each year) in exchange for a stipulated number of letting breaks. It also allows eligible owners to pay their site fees and receive their letting income in 12 equal monthly instalments; the monthly site fee amount charged by Haven will be after deduction of the letting income.
‘Make no site fee payments until 2032 when using Let2offset’ is available at 33 Haven parks excluding Burnham, Cardigan View, Far Grange, Garreg Wen, Lydstep Beach, Riviere Sands and Seaview. The letting income received will vary by make, model and location. The monthly site fee payment does not include running costs e.g. utilities, rates & insurance.
“Make no site fee payments until 2032 when using Let2offset” is applicable to new and existing customer purchases of new Victory Ashberry 3 Bed or equivalent grade holiday home purchases made through Haven where customers have also signed up to Haven’s Let2offset contract. It is not applicable to private sales and cannot be used in conjunction with our free Site Fee promotion. An example of how “Make no site fee payments until 2032 when using Let2offset” operates under Let2offset is the purchase of a Victory Ashberry 3 Bed holiday home at Seton Sands with a monthly site fee of £667.08 (includes purchasing discount of £17.08) and monthly letting income of £673.17. The monthly difference equates to £23.17, which will be credited to the owner's account. Both letting income and site fees are subject to yearly pricing reviews and inflation. The monthly site fee costs and letting income shown in the example are based on 2025 figures. Modelled assumptions on expected annual site fee and letting income charges over the 7-year lettable life of the Victory Ashberry 3 Bed indicate that under Let2offset it is anticipated that these customers will continue to receive a monthly credit during this period, however, this is not guaranteed. The modelled assumptions are based on the historical performance of Haven over the past 5 years of trading as of 2024. Images are shown for representational purposes. Move your caravan to Haven for free - full terms and conditions
This offer is available for holiday home owners not located at a Haven park and that want to relocate their holiday home from their current holiday park a Haven holiday park, subject to pitch availability and the satisfactory completion of our standard onboarding checks. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion, apart from the free 2026 site fee promotion if applicable to the Haven park. Haven reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
In order to be eligible to participate in the offer, your holiday home must be situated within a 50-mile radius of the Haven park that you wish to relocate to. The holiday home must be no more than 15 years old from the date of manufacture and if it has been purchased under a finance agreement, the holiday homeowner must provide confirmation from their lender that the holiday home can be moved to the Haven park.
Haven will transport your holiday home from the entrance of its current holiday park location to the required Haven park and will reimburse your transportation costs up-to a maximum value of £750; any excess must be paid by the holiday homeowner. Haven does not accept any responsibility for any damage that happens to the interior of your holiday home whilst it is being transported to one of our holiday parks. We recommend your holiday home is fully packed down and ready for transportation. Transportation does not include decking. Any decking bought onto a Haven park must be approved by the General Manager of that park to ensure it meets Haven standards. Siting and connection costs for your holiday home on a Haven park will be paid for by Haven. Offer excludes payment of holiday home disconnection at your current park and transportation costs from its current pitch to the entrance of its current park.
