Circus of Horrors (tour) at the Hippodrome

Nearest park: Seashore (two miles from park, 5-minute drive)
Britain’s last surviving standalone circus building is gorgeous, and touring shows often drop in before Easter. Circus of Horrors usually swings by in early March with rock, stunts and plenty of tongue-in-cheek thrills (teen-friendly rather than toddler-targeted). The Hippodrome runs top-class productions all year, so if dates shift, you’ll still find a cracking night out under its famous roof.

BeWILDerwood Norfolk: Easter holiday fun

Nearest park: Caister-on-Sea (15 miles from park, 25-minute drive)
Treehouses, zip lines, and boat rides in the woods? Yes please. BeWILDerwood’s spring programme layers crafts and storytelling onto the usual outdoor adventures, and it’s spot-on for primary-age kids who need to climb, clamber, and burn off energy. It’s about 40 minutes from the coast, parking’s easy, and everything is designed with families in mind (buggy-friendly paths, plenty of loos, picnic spots).

Nearest parks: Caister-on-Sea and Seashore (22 miles from park, 45-minute drive)
This is Norfolk’s big cultural moment: two weeks of music, circus, theatre, and free outdoor spectacles across the city. There are evening shows for grown-ups, and free daytime happenings for the kids. The Welcome Weekend usually brings pop up performances, walkabouts, and surprises in the city centre, all easy to reach from the train or park-and-ride.

Royal Norfolk Show
When: 24–25 June 2026
Where: Norfolk Showground, Dereham Road, Norwich NR5 0TT
Nearest parks: Caister-on-Sea and Seashore (29 miles from park, 45-minute drive)
The country’s largest two-day agricultural show is a proper summer day out. Think main-ring displays, hundreds of animals, local food and drink, rural crafts, STEM zones, and live music. It’s super family-friendly (plenty of hands-on bits for children) and an easy run from the coast via the A47. Wear comfy shoes, arrive early for parking, and bring a tote for farm-shop goodies you’ll inevitably buy.

Great Yarmouth Racecourse: Ladies Night

Where: Great Yarmouth Racecourse, Great Yarmouth NR30 4AU
Nearest park: Seashore (One mile from park, four-minute drive)
Dress up, grab a selfie by the rails, and enjoy a classic seaside race night with live entertainment. Yarmouth’s flat track is right by the dunes, so you can do beach time by day and racing by evening without moving the car far. There are family enclosures and plenty of food options.

Gorleston Clifftop Festival

Nearest park: Hopton (Four miles from park, 10-minute drive)
Free, friendly, and right above one of the best beaches in the East. Expect live music, stalls, classic vehicles, kids’ zones, charity booths, and that big-holiday buzz along the promenade. Pack a blanket and set up on the grass for the main stage, then wander down to the sand for a paddle and fish-and-chips. It’s a breeze from Hopton or Wild Duck, and parking is well signposted—though it pays to arrive early.

Visit the Great Yarmouth Festival of Bowls

Nearest park: Seashore (1.5 miles from park, five-minute drive)
The UK’s biggest outdoor bowls festival takes over the seafront greens for around four weeks. It’s free to watch, with stands and benches around the rinks, and the finals day is especially good fun. Stroll the prom with an ice cream, cheer on your favourites, then nip to the beach playgrounds between matches. If you fancy a go yourself, the public greens nearby operate through the summer.

BeWILDerwood: The Glorious Glowing Lantern Parade
When: Mid-Oct–early Nov 2026, selected evenings (TBC)
Where: Horning Road, Hoveton NR12 8JW
Nearest park: Caister-on-Sea (15 miles from park, 25-minute drive)
As the nights draw in, BeWILDerwood lights the woods with lanterns, gentle effects and a “spooky-not-scary” trail that younger children adore. You’ll craft a lantern, follow glowing pathways, meet characters and finish with warm treats—think wholesome autumn vibes rather than jump scares. Tickets are timed and limited, so book early in half-term. Wrap up, wear comfy shoes, and bring a flask for the car.

Let2offset - make no site fee payments until 2032
Let2offset is a contractual lettings product that offers eligible owners a guaranteed letting income at a preferential rate (calculated each year) in exchange for a stipulated number of letting breaks. It also allows eligible owners to pay their site fees and receive their letting income in 12 equal monthly instalments; the monthly site fee amount charged by Haven will be after deduction of the letting income.
‘Make no site fee payments until 2032 when using Let2offset’ is available at 33 Haven parks excluding Burnham, Cardigan View, Far Grange, Garreg Wen, Lydstep Beach, Riviere Sands and Seaview. The letting income received will vary by make, model and location. The monthly site fee payment does not include running costs e.g. utilities, rates & insurance.
“Make no site fee payments until 2032 when using Let2offset” is applicable to new and existing customer purchases of new Victory Ashberry 3 Bed or equivalent grade holiday home purchases made through Haven where customers have also signed up to Haven’s Let2offset contract. It is not applicable to private sales and cannot be used in conjunction with our free Site Fee promotion. An example of how “Make no site fee payments until 2032 when using Let2offset” operates under Let2offset is the purchase of a Victory Ashberry 3 Bed holiday home at Seton Sands with a monthly site fee of £667.08 (includes purchasing discount of £17.08) and monthly letting income of £673.17. The monthly difference equates to £23.17, which will be credited to the owner's account. Both letting income and site fees are subject to yearly pricing reviews and inflation. The monthly site fee costs and letting income shown in the example are based on 2025 figures. Modelled assumptions on expected annual site fee and letting income charges over the 7-year lettable life of the Victory Ashberry 3 Bed indicate that under Let2offset it is anticipated that these customers will continue to receive a monthly credit during this period, however, this is not guaranteed. Move your caravan to Haven for free - full terms and conditions
This offer is available for holiday home owners not located at a Haven park and that want to relocate their holiday home from their current holiday park a Haven holiday park, subject to pitch availability and the satisfactory completion of our standard onboarding checks. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion, apart from the free 2026 site fee promotion if applicable to the Haven park. Haven reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
In order to be eligible to participate in the offer, your holiday home must be situated within a 50-mile radius of the Haven park that you wish to relocate to. The holiday home must be no more than 15 years old from the date of manufacture and if it has been purchased under a finance agreement, the holiday homeowner must provide confirmation from their lender that the holiday home can be moved to the Haven park.
Haven will transport your holiday home from the entrance of its current holiday park location to the required Haven park and will reimburse your transportation costs up-to a maximum value of £750; any excess must be paid by the holiday homeowner. Haven does not accept any responsibility for any damage that happens to the interior of your holiday home whilst it is being transported to one of our holiday parks. We recommend your holiday home is fully packed down and ready for transportation. Transportation does not include decking. Any decking bought onto a Haven park must be approved by the General Manager of that park to ensure it meets Haven standards. Siting and connection costs for your holiday home on a Haven park will be paid for by Haven.
